1.  Use a program such as WinZip to unzip the archive.  Place the files wherever you like, however for ease you may want to put them in your Windows directory (most likely C:\Windows).

2.  In the START menu on the TASKBAR, choose SETTINGS->CONTROL PANEL

3.  Choose MOUSE.

4.  Choose the tab that says POINTERS.  The first thing you should probably do is click the SAVE AS button and name your new cursor them (pick something like Bone Theme, for example).  Now you can get to work changing each of the cursors.  Click on the name of the cursor you want to change, then use the BROWSE button at the bottom of the window to search for a new cursor to change it to.  Repeat for the rest of the cursors you wish to change.  Click SAVE AS when you are finished, in order to save your work, and OK when you are done.
