Day 2 (The evnt was on 2 diferent nights, school nights so don't tell your parents, okay): I skipped the last two classes of the day. Running like fugitives (more sitting and waiting for the bus) we began our journey. Andrea (my girlfriend), me and my trusty lunch tray were now fugitives in the eyes of the law. Anyways, we got downtown with time to waste as we awaited Eleni (Yes the same Warped tour Eleni). We ate pizza and found Eleni (not in that particular order) and went snowboarding on my lunch tray. We we entered, we saw Bert (Eleni's boyfriend and your local friendly S.H.A.R.P. (Skin Head Against Racial Prejudice) (Forguve is this is not correct Eleni). Then, the show started. Bald Vulture first-they sucked but, they were a local band so who cares??? Then the fun began. First up, Misconduct. Thet're from Sweden and I love Swedish people. They really got the crowd going and kept on yelling "CIRCLE PIT!!!!!!!!" They rocked. Then Anti-Flag came on, upside down flags and all!!!!! After that was GOB. The other bands kept on saying they were the best but, Bouncing Souls had not yet taken the stage. After GOB, the Souls came on. We went up front for that and it was amazing. The singer was so drunk but, it didn't matter. Andrea had to leave 2 songs into it but, I love her so doesn't matter. Eleni and I were left. We rocked up front and yelled and screamed. After the Bouncing Souls, she left and I had to watch 88 Fingers Louie by myself NO PROBLEM!!!! They did an encore of Night of the Living Dead and Tell me Something I don't Know, my 2 faves. It was the perfect end to a perfect evening.
Day 1: After school I went to Andrea's house. From there, we escaped her German dad to the bus and went downtown. We stood in line and then entered, SnoJam V had officially begun for us. We did nothing for a while until Men 'O' Steel came (A local band that I like though so, they were good). After they got off the stage, Planet Smashers came on and, what can I say?? Andrea and I skanked the night away!! Nobody fucked with us either 'cause we swung our elbows!!!!! After The Planet Smashers (who are playing in Montreal on the first of April), Ensign came on, or were they before. Doesn't matter!!!! Shit this is getting long. Ensign were really good and kept saying how this was a great show 'cause everybody was here together. PUNX, Rudies, Sk8ers, the whole enchilada. That was cool and I agree. I even saw some Wiggers!!!! After Ensign was A.F.I. They owned the fucking night. The singer was going absolutely nuts!! At one point he dropped his mic and dove after it!!! A.F.I. got the crowd really going!!! Then Chixdiggit, BOOOOOO!! That's all I have to say about that. Sorry, A.F.I. were before Chixdiggit (Damn, too stoned to remember). The night ended with Satanic Surfers and I was actually disappointed. They weren't as good as I had hoped.
Overall, the show kicked major ass. Night 2 was the best night overall but, A.F.I. was the best band overall. Oh yeah!!!!! At the Bouncing Souls table, they were giving out free promo tapes. Andrea and I took a total of 15 and gave them out. It was really funny though 'cause Andrea was like "Ohhh, what's this??? A free tape?? Oh my gosh" everytime she took one. Man that girl cracks me up. That's it for now. Next story????? Who knows??????
