As no two people are alike, it is usually best to write your own rituals and spells, or at least tailor existing ones to suit your needs. If you do that, the ritual/spell will mean 100 times more to you than if you just take somebody else's work and recite it off of paper. Consider these Sabbats to be a starting point; they are raw and you need to provide the seasoning.
