"And it all turned out perfect and they lived happily ever after." the way we want everything to be is always so far off from what it is. That's what I thought I'd get the ball rolling with. In the first issue of The Geri Halliwell Agenda, we talk about how nothing ever turns out the way we want it to. Let's take Geri for example. As the "story" goes, she was an ugly duckling that turned into a beautiful swan and everyone and everything that had ever mocked her was told, straight to their face, that they were wrong. If I was to tell you one and only one thing to get a point across, it would be that nothing is closer than the truth so I will start from the beggining and through every issue, work my way up to this point. Here we go...
Geraldine Estelle Halliwell, was born on August 6th, 1972 and at the moment, she had not a care in the world. She was welcomed into her new home in Watford, England by Mother, Father, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Growing up, Geri had to shout to be heard.
