1. The Dynamic Duo
Paprazzi is Hila Rotman and Asaf Billet. They met in college in 1998 and immedietly
found their common things: Computers, good clothes, luxury foods and above all -
unchallangeable passion for pure pop music. In their first exam period, they recorded
the single "Day 7" which broke into the charts in Israel in February, 1998.
Needless to say, they failed on almost all of the exams, but the future of pop music
(And Zara's branches everywhere) will never be the same.
2. The 3 F's
The logic of Paparazzi is simple, and can be named "The 3 F's": Fashion, Fun, Funk.
This trio combines almost everything adored and cherished by the duo, and marches
along in all of their recordings.
3. From Beatles to Breakbeat
Paparazzi can't put the finger on a specific influence on their music and lifestyle.
Critics compare them to a variety of bands and singers, from Pizzicato five to
Prince, from Morrissey to Mariah Carey. They work with top DJ's from the realms
of House, Trance, BreakBeat and Funk. As John Peel tried to put it: "They are not
this or that, they are Paparazzi".
4. The Paprazzi Vision
The future of Paparzzi looks brighter, Now more than ever. They have recently released
their last piece, "M-Paparazzi-3" on the web, and currently touring Europe and Thailand.
