Etc. Etc.

ETC...,ETC....

Reflections ...

Though I've seen Dwight several dozen times since June 1993, I didn't start chronicling events until the Sling Blade Premiere. I've attempted to select events that were out of the ordinary, or had some amusing or it only hurtsinteresting content. I do hope that this is viewed as a tribute to someone who has been a tremendous influence in my life, and to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude for his inspiration in my other creative endeavors.

I certainly could talk about Dwight ad infinitum (or perhaps ad nauseum if you're not a fellow fan!) If you are a fan you no doubt understand the syndrome and have your own "book" of memories. If you're not a fan, perhaps you're intrigued enough to see "what all the fuss is about". I think you'll be glad you did. If you're just "passing on through", thanks for stopping by to check things out.

Thanks ...

Thanks to Karen S, Zeny, and Karen H for attempting to provide technical support in the face of my total lack of knowledge. (Content and creative license are my own, however, so if you don't like the site, don't blame them!) ;-)

Thanks to everyone who provided photos or graphics. Mucho thanks to Karen L. for help with photos.

A Reminder ...

I requested permission to use any photos or graphics not my own. I ask that you do the same. The fact that they are displayed on the internet does not negate the owner's copyright so please do not remove photos without first receiving permission to do so. (Note: the photo on the Adventures With Dwight page was purchased in Hollywood and the origin in unknown. If anyone knows who the photographer is, I'll be happy to request permission for use of the photo.)

Disclaimers ...

While I may have attempted to emphasize the humor or other aspects of these stories, I have not attempted to misrepresent any situation. You should, however, factor in the time lapse between the event and my capturing it on paper (generally not more than a day or two), as well as the dwight-induced haze in which I exist after an event -- either or both of which could conceivably color any recollections. A final reminder that nothing in these pages should be considered attributable to Mr. Yoakam.

Thanks for stopping on by.
