Acro Arena*Sacramento, CA

This time around I flew to San Francisco, to later catch the show in Sacramento.  Some radio festival thingy by a station called KWOD (or something like that).  My cousin took me there, my older cousin with 4 kids!!  He was looking forward to seeing Green Day and Rancid.  Well, those 2 bands didn't even end up showing to the show!!  They had cancelled (the bastards!!).  So instead, we sat through, Harvey Danger (yawn), Marcy Playground (yawn, yawn), Soul Coughing (which was actually alright live), and then I got to get up and bust a move for Less Than Jake (YEAH!!).  Some kid smacked me with his shoulder and cut my lip open...grrr...  Up next was Everlast (yawn, yawn, yawn) and Cake (which weren't all that great live after all this time of waiting to see them, bah!! Is what I give their performance) and then last, Reel Big Fish.  They introd the set with "The Set Up", which rocked live.  And followed up with "Somebody Hates Me", "Everything Sucks", "Down In Flames", "Take On Me" and ended it with "Sell Out".  Maybe a one or 2 songs more, but that was it. :(  I was a little dissapointed, just cause they played like a half hour set, and every other band played at least for 45 minutes.  Grr!!  But, my Scottie looked cute in a Beatlmania shirt that was about the same color as his skin!! haha...  I was also a bit bummed that my pictures didn't exactly turn out. :(  Oh well.  Maybe next time.
