Adam Yauch(34; August 5, 1964), alias MCA is probably
the wisest of the crew. Growin up in Brooklyn, his dad was an architect.
His mother was a social worker. Not much on his childhood...
But during the 80's he had written a script to an idea he had for a movie.
Though he never followed through, it was a comedy that featured a lot of
people running around naked. Also during this period, Yauch began
taking acid and smoking alot of dope. But by the time the BEASTIES
up'd and moved to LosAngeles he began to take interest in different belief
systems. Giving up with the drugs, he began studying Buddhist ways,
reading books by the Dhali Lama. These days Yauch is both drug and
alcohol free. He also meditates in the mornings and evenings.
Oh, and he just got married or somethin'.
