Linn vs. Jenny Berggren
When Linn was 14 and Jenny was 12, they fought so bad that they were ashamed of it since it was their first and worst fight ever. They hardly ever got into fights as serious as this, but when they did it would be a result out of non-important sisterly things. One day on after school, the sisters had agreed on what they both wanted to watch the family's only working t.v. at the time. Linn loved action and comedy movies while Jenny liked comedy-filled t.v. shows. The movie Linn was watching was a bit longer than her time and ended up running overtime on one of Jenny's most favorite comedy shows. Jenny got pretty upset. She went up to get the remote and changed the channel to view her show. Linn asked Jenny why she did such a thing and Jenny responded that she had already missed one show and her favorite show would be ending soon. Stubbornly, Linn changed the channel on Jenny. While looking calm and without saying one single word, Jenny left the living room. Linn was beginning to think that Jenny had given up on her, when the t.v. goes out! Jenny had turned the power out of the entire house. Wow! Linn got upset, went up to Jenny and immediately started an argument. Both sisters argued for about an hour. Their fight started out as a little fight then it gradually went into heavy yelling and pillow fighting. Jonas returned home from a friend's house and stood there silently watching Linn and Jenny. Jonas decided to stop them and asked the sisters what they were arguing about? They told him, but Jonas refused to take sides for reasons of avoiding silent treatments from both girls. Finally, 7:00 p.m. rolled around and a car pulled in the driveway; Birgitta and Goran returned from a long day's work only to encounter their daughters' mess of pillows all over the living room. Both parents gave cock-eyed looks to the girls which both had messy hair and angry- looking eyes. They knew something had happened. The parents asked Linn first since she was the oldest. Jenny had her chance to explain after Linn. They were fairly shocked because they had known both sisters to get along great, and now this?! Since the arguments, both sisters had not spoken since. The table grew quiet as none of the girls would speak or look at one another at the table. Jonas, Birgitta, and Goran became worried. Could this have been the end of sistership for the Berggren sisters?? They hoped not. The next day they decided to make up all on their own because they could not stand being apart and not speaking to to one another. They soon started talking and laughing about all the pillow-fighting, messy hair, and eagle-like eyes in the living room a couple of days ago. Rather than being angry all over again, both sisters just laughed about how funny the entire incident had become. They were finally back on good terms. And still today, they're the best of sisters!

Did Everyone Forget About Jenny's Birthday?
The following fiction story is filled with heart-warming pieces along with humor. A great family-oriented story.
When Jenny Berggren was merely the age of seven, she was anxiously awaiting for the near arrival of her eigth birthday with a party and all the trimmings. To keep it as a big surprise from Jenny, her parents told nine-year-old Linn to invite all of Jenny's little friends to keep it a surprise and not hint to Jenny. There was only one problem, Linn accidently told all of Jenny's friends the wrong day! Jenny's birthday was on a Saturday, and throughout the entire day, Jenny stayed in her room and cried. She wondered why no one had remembered her birthday. She didn't tell or hint to anyone because she didn't want to spoil any surprise plans, if any. Nor did she show her true feelings to her family or friends for the reasons in the aforementioned. The next morning, Sunday, the family went to church. When they had returned from church, she was still sad and hurt. As soon as they got to the door and opened it, young Jenny's eyes sparkeled! Her relatives and friends had surprised Jenny! Little Jenny's brown eyes twinkled, she was so happy that no one had forgotten her birthday.     As the party progressed, Jenny told her mother that she had been crying so much yesterday because she thought nobody remembered her birthday at all. Her mother told her the whole family loved Jenny and would never forget her or her birthday at all! Jenny smiled sweetly. The party was very fun, and Jenny had enjoyed herself. About halfway through the party, Jenny's friends, Jenny, Linn's friends, and Linn were all playing outside and decided to get into two teams to have a water fight. Linn and her friends stood on one team while Jenny and her friends were on the other team. Jenny's team went first. They got the family's garden hose, which had a sprinkler on the hole, and they splashed some water towards Linn's team. The holes on the hose were small enough to barely soak them. It was Linn's team's turn to go, and Linn held the hose to splash Jenny's team a little. Only one problem: the sprinkler attachment came loose just when Linn aimed the hose at her team, and the water went full blast right at Jenny. Jenny thought Linn did it on purpose, so she grabbed the hose and aimed it right in front of Linn completely soaking her as well. Now they were both furious and had started to argue. They kept grabbing the hose right off of each other's hands, while both sisters' friends watched with amazement and keeping distance. Their father went outside and grabbed the hose away from Jenny, who held it last, and turned off the water. Their father asked what had happened and what caused such catastrohpy. After explaining, their father made the sisters apologize to each other right in front of all their friends. Both sisters immediately made up and started laughing at themselves and at each other. Their friends joined in the laughter a minute later.     A while later the sisters went inside to change out of their wet and dripping clothes into dry and warm ones. After returning outside to their friends, they played more "dry" games this time for the remainder of the party.
