Located in Baltimore City.....very close to Federal Hill and Harborplace. The 8X10 is hard to find if you've never been there before so definately head out early! You'll need extra time to look for a parking space too. Street parking at the meters are available and I don't think the meters work at night time or you can walk a couple blocks to a near by parking lot for $4.00 but you gotta get there before 10pm!


Drink prices aren't too bad at all. My budweiser beer was only $2.75 and I believe mixed drinks are the same price! They don't have many varieties of beer there so I hope you're a bud drinker!


The 8X10 is a pretty "cozy" place with the stage about 4 feet high and in the back corner. The cool thing about this stage is that the drummer is on another stage that is raised up 3 more feet! Not much room to move around and the lighting isn't all that magnificent but it'll do! I've been there twice and I'd go back for another show!


Being that all their shows are 18 and up, there are way more underaged folks than other clubs/bars. They have a second level...like a balcony level but I haven't figured out what's up there. It's probably like a VIP section....guess I'm not all that important...hahaha
