Okay, most of you know the story of Savage Garden. You know, Darren went to first audition to be the new lead singer in the band that Daniel was in (Red Edge). Darren's voice split while he was singing a song from "Little House of Horrors," he got the job. Later Red Edge fell apart. Darren and Daniel decided to write their own music and go for the big apple (excellent choice). Locked themselves up in an apartment in Sydney for a year to write songs. They sent out about 150 demos to different record companies and waited for the record companies to respond. A record company responded and you all know the rest of the story...
    Oh, almost forgot. They got their name from the Anne Rice vampire chronicles. Before they decided on Savage Garden, they also wanted to pick between Bliss, Dante's Inferno, Crush, or DD. I'm so happy that they chose Savage Garden.
