Hello Paintball fans. I know many of you out there who have been playing for a while are wondering if you should upgrade to a tournanament quality gun. Well first you have to ask yourself how much longer you are going to be playing paintball. If the answer is more than a year, go for it. I am 16 and have been playing for over a year and a half. I purchased an Automag last spring and like it very much. My advice to you is to stay away from the Cockers. From what I've whitnessed, they have to many moving parts, to hard to maintain, and break easily. I know at least three peole who have had them and went back to simpler guns becuase of it breaking too much. I would also advise you not to buy one of those fancy automatics right away, such as the Tagline TS1. I've seen these in action and the guy wound up renting a gun. I'd say go for the very reliable, very durable Mags. If you buy a Mag,(Auto, Mini, RT, Micro, and Smart) be ready to get an expansion chamber or a remote system. Mag! s are mainly made to run on nitrogen, but you won't have a problem if you have one the above. My Automag works well in all conditions. I have an expansion chamber with a bottom line theat I purchased through Paintball Games Dallas for $395.00. It also came with a 9oz. tank. This gun has worked very well and improved my game as well. My advice to you is that even though you have a good gun, move around a lot. Go after some kills. Unless your some fat, out of shape slob who sits on a rock and sprays, your not going to get any more kils. If you want to improve your skills the most, play the next game with your new gun the same you would have played previously with your old gun. You should have more "kills" just because of the increase in fire power. Don't get trigger happy or you'll be out of paint real fast. From there you can slowly start changing your game from there.
