If the file you have downloaded doesn't play, try renaming its filname extention from .xxx to .mp3. This should force the system to recognize it as an MP3 file. If this does not work, try downloading a decompression utility such as Stuffit Expander from Aladdin Systems. Also try Apple's QuickTime™ software from Apple Computer.
