Deep Dish White Pizza

Here's a semi- original. I've never heard of a deep dish white pizza. Soo I wonder what it would taste like. It's yummmmmmy!

Ingredients
fresh mushrooms (chopped)
cream cheese, 4 oz or 1/2 package of normal size
garlic salt, or salt and fresh garlic
parmesan cheese
packaged pizza dough, pre-made or mix
shredded american or mozzerella cheese

1. prepare dough as indicated on box and let rise, then press into sides of a 1 to 1 1/2 inch deep greased pan.
2. chop mushrooms
3. (optional) "tenderize" cream cheese, by kneading it in hands
4. sprinkle layer of mushrooms into pan with dough
5. place spoonfuls of cream cheese sporatically over the mushrooms
6. sprinkle garlic salt, and parmesan cheese
7. repeat steps 4-6 once or twice
8. sprinkle the mozzerella cheese over top
9. bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is browned

Sweet Potato Pie

Similar to pumpkin pie, but it naturally has more flavor and is slightly sweeter. Yum!

Ingredients
1 (1 pound) sweet potato
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions
1 Bake sweet potatos for an hour, on 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
2 Break apart sweet potato in a bowl. Add butter, and mix well with mixer. Stir in sugar, milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into an unbaked pie crust.
3 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 to 60 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Pie will puff up like a souffle, and then will sink down as it cools.
