Chapter 1

Shan

Hey guys, that's great but I gotta jet because the art show starts in an hour, I heard Jenni say to Ike and Scott rambling on about Mrs. Brown's class

So Jenni, mind if I tag along, I asked wanting to see what she actually painted.

Sure, all of you can come just bring money if you do and be ready at 6 ok, she said as she and Ritchie left in her red corvett

So guys time to wrap it up I said refering to Ike and Scott, being everyone loved J.'s mum.

Fine we'll just have to tell ya tomorrow at my house Scott said grinning

As soon as me and J. got into our house we shared with Jenni and Ritchie J. said to me, So your actually gonna see what that girl paints, I'm suprised she let ya go!!!!

Yeah, well you heard the girl we gotta be ready at 6, I said as I kissed J. and got ready

Breeze

Yeah, I'm coming to stay with ya'll, I said to Zac who was not believing a word

Breezy, your lying I know it, try confincing Tay he said handing the phone to someone

Hey, Breeze, my loving, caring, beautiful-

Save it Tay, No money!!! I mean it, I said as he went on with his "Great Cousin" speech

Shit!! So Zac tells me your staying with us till' your rents' get all the stuff down here, he said

Yup!!! Don't tell Abs please I want it to be a suprise!!! Anyhoos how is Abs???? I miss him so much

He's great but I gotta go, Meg is draging me to one of Jenni's art shows that she actually wants everyone to come to, but to bring money, that's what I need money for, Abs is gonna tape it for ya I think, Well can't wait to see ya!!! Buh Bye

Wow!!! Jenni is letting people besides Ritchie come to an art show, I think she's sick

J. I decided to go with Shan to Jenni's art show, I mean it is a one-in-a-lifetime chance, so I wasn't gonna pu it down

So what are you gonna wear, Shan asked, wait I know your gonna wear, your Kahkis, red shirt, and your black boots.

Typical, Shan picking out my clothes like I'm a baby, I said out loud, and she gave me a look that said don't push it, but with my ways, she forgot about it and kissed me before closing the bathroom door

Tay

Woah!!! Breeze is staying with us, I said as me and Ike got ready for Jenni's show

Yeah, I know what you mean, Abs is gonna freak!!!

That's where your wrong bro, I promised Breeze that I wouldn't tell Abs cause she wants to suprise him, I told Ike

Oh well, I won't tell him I promise, Ike was blabing Ok thanx, now lets go and don't forget the money, I said rushing Ike and Zac.

Heaven

Come on Zac, we're gonna miss this art show thingy. I thought just as Ike's Blue Corvett pulled up

Finally you made it, I said as Zac jumped out and kissed me

You look great he said and kissed me again before we got in the

backseat I was wearing my, Black Mixed up Mesh shirt, over my black tank, black Bopin' Bells and my Rosetta Plats

Ike, Lindsay asked if you could pick her up, I told Ike

Isn't Ricky going, he asked

Remember, he's with his grandparents in WA, Tay told him for me Oh yeah sure thing

Ritchie

I walked into the room I shared with Jenni as she was fixing her hair.

You look great I said, as I looked her over carefully. She was wearing her black dress with blue flowers, a pair of black plats, and the necklace and braclet i gave her for her birthday

Thanx, she said, you don't look bad yourself, but you never look bad so it's nothing new.

Now, could you go see if J. and Shan are ready, and if not tell them to hurry up, Jenni ordered me.

Yes, master what ever you say, I joked then kissed her and went to check on J. and Shan

Come on Ashley I yelled, we're gonna be late

Since when have you wanted to be on time, huh?? she asked Well since it is Jenni we're talking about, I'd like to live!!!!! Ok I'm coming, damn your so touchy It's life Ash, get used to it, now lets go!!! We jumped into my jeep and headed for the show

Ritchie, where are they, I said 6 didn't I, I asked Ritchie while panicing

Calm down, they'll be here, he said hugging me trying to calm me down, but it wasn't working

Just then the Hanson clan and Lindsay came running in the doors. There you guys are I yelled running over to them

It's great to see you to Jenni, Zac said sarcastically

Shut it Zac and get your butts over here so we can count the money. Shan said

Now guys this is an art show so no making out, cusing, swearing,stuff like that cuz there are elderly folk here, I told everyone

Zac

Hey, where's Abs, he's supposed to tape this for Breezy, I asked looking around

He's over there, Ritchie told me pointing to Abs in a chair, depressed cuz of Breezy, but that was gonna change very soon.

Yeah, ok well where's Kim and Sean?? I asked

Everybody exchanged glances and starting walking around searching and calling for Kim and Sean

Kim and I had fallen asleep watching a movie when my beeper went off.

I quickly ran to the phone and dialed the # on my beeper. Hello, Sean!!

Hello, who is this?? Sean, where are you 2 at?? Home, who is this?? I was getting annoyed It's Jenni, now you were supposed to be at the show 30 mins ago so hurry up and get here!!

Ok, bye, I had forgotten about Jenni's show Kim, wake up I said shaking her lightly Huh, what?? We gotta go to Jen's show thingy.

We got ready fast, jumped in my car and made it to the show in 15 mins

Ok everyone is here, so why did we have to bring the money?? I asked Jenni

Well there is a pic here that I wanna get to put in the house my dad is making for all of us to meet in after school, Jenni said

Well show us the pic, I said as she led us to a picture Ok here it is, Jenni said pointing to a picture of us Everyone was speechless, so I said who painted that?!?! Who do you think, Zac said sarcastically

We were all speechless, staring at the picture Jenni painted of us, then I noticed the title "Together To The End" and it was very true

Jenni this is....well this is uh.....wow.I manged to say

Thanks J. she said while hugging all of us. So....are we gonna buy it or what she asked

I think I speak for all of us by saying....You Bet hun, I said getting out my money while everyone was doing the same

I was so glad we got the pic, it was the best I've painted in my life

Ritchie, I asked, you think I would fell any better if Breeze had been here to share this with us??

Yes, I think we all would, we all miss her but hopefully that will all change, but it would take a miracle, he said holding me tight

God!!! I miss Breeze so much, I was telling my best mate Jess over the phone

Abs, we all miss Breeze so stop your whining, she said

Well we got this pic that Jenni drew of us and it was so good. Oh and you can't sleep cuz your thinking about the picture and And I miss Breeze, we all do, and I hate to see Abs so depressed. Oh ok, well if you stop thinking about Breeze and the pic and thnk about something you gotta do in the morning and then you can sleep. He asked I couldn't sleep so I called Erika, I told him leading him back up stairs

Hey, Wake up you idoits, I yelled throwing a pillow at Tay I'm way a head of ya he said coming in the room Shoot, what about Zac?? He's in the shower, can't you hear him singing Fantsay by Mariah??? Oh ok, well get out so I can get ready

Sure thing he said, closing the door for me to get ready for Breeze's arrival Just as I was coming down the stairs the doorbell rang. Breeze, I yelled as I opened the door and saw her standing in the doorway Hey Ike, what's up?? Nothing, come on in and stay for a while I said Guys Breeze is here, help her with her stuff Breezy, Zac yelled coming down the stairs and hugging Breeze

Breeze

It was so good to be back here with my cousins Breeze Honey, Diane said hugging me Walker get in here Breeze has arrived, she yelled to Walker Coming, Hey Breeze, how's your mom and dad?? Oh they're great, having trouble getting my mums bro over to help but they're great, I told everyone

So guys is Abs coming, did you tell him like I told you to, I asked Tay Yep he will be here around 3 he said last night Ok let's get my stuff in the room, am I sharing wih you guys or Jessie and Avie Just as I said that they other half of the bunch came running in calling my name Mckie, Avie, Jessie it's great to see you too Mommy, Avie said, can Breezy stay in our room this time?? It's up to Breeze Diane said looking at me Sure, we'll have a girls only party tonight, Aunt Diane you wanna come too Well ok, the guys can mange without us

Abs

It was almost 3 so I jumped in my car and headed to the Hanson house.

As soon as I got there Tay ran over to the door and yelled something then ran over to my car and said, Abs, I'll show you where the stuff is Ok I said getting out my car and following him to the door totally unprepared for what was on the other side

He lead me to the kitchen, and Breeze was sitting in a chair talking to Mrs.Hanson about some party

Breeze!!!!! I yelled and ran over to her

Abs, I missed you so much she said to me. How come you didn't tell me you were coming??? I asked sitting down Well, cuz it's a suprise

And there's more Mr.Hanson said I'm moving down here to T-Town she said. Oh this is so great I said, I was not so depressed any more So would you like to go to dinner tonight?? I asked Can't tonight, I promised Jessie and Avie we would have a party for us girls but I will be glad to go tomorrow night Ok, so Tay, what about the stuff???

No stuff, we just used that to get ya over here, cuz we weren't gonna ruin the supise he told me Which I understood completely

Scott

Hey, Ike when are we gonna meet at my house, I asked my best mate Well, around 3:30 if its ok with you, I'll tell everyone else Ok that's fine, I got one half though Sure thing, Bye Bye

I hung up then got everyone's phone #'s and called everyone on my half

Ritchie

Me and Jenni had fell asleep when the phone rang, but J or Shan got it

Then Shan came running in our room yelling and screaming something I only made out, Up go Scott now get doesn't make a bit of sense but I woke up Jenni and we got ready to meet at Scot's house

Ritchie have you seen my notebook with all the songs in it, Jenni asked me running around like a chicken with its head cut off

Yeah its right here Jen, I said pointing to the dresser Thanks she said kissing me then practically pulling me out the door

Lindsay

Heaven and I were talking about Ricky and Zac when Ike called and said to meet at Scott's house at 3:30

I told Heaven and we threw on our rollerblades and skated to Scott's house When we got there everyone was inside waiting for us We sit our rollerblades on the steps and went inside

Breeze, when did you get here I said running over to her and hugging her

Around 2:30 today, and now I've got something to tell you guys

We sat down and listened
Ok, well last time we were here my rents' talked to Jenni's rents' and her dad has built a house behind Ike's and we are moving down here to T-Town

WHAT!?!?! Scott yelled
No Way man!!!! Your kidding right. I said
No I'm not I'm staying with the guys until my rents' get the stuff packed and down here

But guys, Breeze said, I gotta go now Aunt Diane and I are going to the store with Avie and Jessie to get stuff for our little partyfor us girls, do you girls wanna come???

Sure I'll come, I said and so did Heaven but Jenni and Shan turned her down but Britt Kim Meg Kayla and Ashley had dates tonight so they couldn't come

Chapter 2

Shan

Since Ritchie and Jenni didn't have anything planed I said we could all watch some movies and have a little party between the 4 of us

As soon as we got home from Scott's house J. put on some loud music to get the party stared while Jenni and I got the food ready

We danced and sang until aroud 12 and Ritchie suggested we watch some movies

I put in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre J. why did you insist on picking this old movie??? Jenni asked Cause the old horror movies are scarier then the newer ons I answered for him

Ashley

Nick decided to take me out to Pizza Hut for dinner to be alone and away from everyone

So are you having fun tonight?? He asked Yes I am, but you have to take me to get desert because no dinner is complete without desert. I told him

Oh you mean you want something sweet, like me or ice cream Um..... can I have both?? You sure can Now lets eat

Breeze

So far the night was going great, Jessica and Avie were giving Lindsay and Heaven a make over as Diane and I were talking

Hey Breezy, can we watch the movie now??? Jessie asked me Sure, let's go!!!!! I said as Diane put the movie in and we watched Clueless

Ritchie

Jenni and I hadn't seen anything of the movie cuz we were making out when J. threw a pillow at us Will you 2 go up stairs in your room??? J. yelled Ok, Jenni said as she pulled me up the stairs As soon as we got in the room I closed the door and locked it as I pinned Jenni between me and the door She wraped her hands around my neck and played with my hair a little as I moved to her neck

Ritchie, do you want something she asked as she unbottend my shirt and threw it on the floor

I did the same with her's when someone started to unlock the door Jenni just looked at me so I said, get in the bed We jumped in the bed as Shan opened the door and said her and J. were going to bed

As soon as she closed the door Jenni playfully said, do you wanna finish what we started??? You bet, I said as I turned off the lamp

Zac

What do you suppose they are doing now??? I asked getting annoyed

I don't know, let's just get something to eat, Ike yelled as the 3 of us headed to the kitchen

I want chocolate, gimmie chocolate, I yelled, Oh!!! Here is some!!! I got me chocolate and ran back up satirs

Jess

I was listening to Abs whining about Breeze again Abs, will you please just shut up for a while???? I know you miss her but you have the whole day tomorrow to spend with her, family does come first, I told him

I know, but I miss her so much, but you wouldn't know what I felt like cuz you don't have a boyfriend to complain about, not that I'm complaining about Breeze

Yeah whatever, I don't have a boyfriend now but I will soon and you will hear me whin when ever we talk.

Ok, well i gotta go now, so happy hunting, he said and hing up Ok, what to do, what to do????

Chapter 3

Bored, Bored, Bored, the word kept ringing in my head as I watched a re-run of Jerry Springer, just as I was about to change the channel the phone rang

Hola, who's calling?? I asked when I picked up the phone It's Zac, your bored aren't ya??? Yeah, how did you know??? We are best friends, and I guess it comes to us being we were born at the same time, he said in this serious way

That's were your wrong bud, I'm about 35 seconds older then you So, 35 seconds big deal

So wanna go rollerblading till itz time to gather round' the camp fire with everyone else??? I asked

You read my mind, we're going camping???

No you nim-whitt, it was just a figure of speech, now I'll meet you at your house in 5??

Yeah, sure see ya then. and with that we hung up

Are you sure Ritchie didn't tell you anything??? Jenni asked for the millionth time in 2 minutes

Jenni, calm down and stop buggin' me cuz the answer is still no he didn't mention anything to me, he didn't even tell me ya'll were dating for what is it 3 years now

Yeah, 3 years, I bet he doesn't even remember, okay I'll leave you alone now, I just wanna be alone, she said as she walked out the room, her head hanging low

God, she has so many moods and they chang so quickly, I told Shan as I shook my head in disbelife

I know, strange girl, I always wondered how those 2 met anyways, it's weird cuz they went out for at least a month before telling anyone, and that was after Jenni had just moved here

Yeah your so very right my dear, maybe we should ask them tonight when they get back, I said as I picked up the stuff on the floor

That's not a bad idea, you always were my little genius, Shan said as she walked out the room knowing i would say something about her little comment

Little???You call me little, I'm sorry Shan but you might need glasses cuz I'm sure not little I yelled after her

This day just started out bad the worst that could happen is that he forgets who the hell I am, I thought to myself as I sat in the box window in the room I shared with Ritchie

Jenn, sweety, what's wrong?? I heard Shan say as she walked over to me

Nothing it's silly really, I answered back but I wasn't laughing instead my face was trenched in tears

I don't call this nothing, now tell me or I'll go get Ritchie and let him talk to you, she said as she stood up holding her hands in front of her

No, don't get Ritchie, please dont get him, I begged as I pulled her down beside me by her arm

Why are you so mad at Ritchie, oh wait, you think he forgot about you don't ya??

Well you know he tells J everything and J said Ritcie didn't even mention it was our 3 year anniversary to him, now you tell me if he forgot or not, I said practically yelling between sobs

I could tell this convo. was not gonna be good

You don't actually believe J do you?? I asked her in disbelief that she actually believed him

As a matter of fact I do, its plane to see that they tell each other everything and that- oh wait a minuet it must be a surprise from Ritchie and he told J not to tell, oh god how could I be so stupid?? Jenni yelled as she slapped her head

Oh and what is that supposed to mean missy??? I said as I put my hands on my hip pretending to be her mother or something

I heard Shan yellign for J but it was coming from my room, so I ran in there to see what was going on

Oh nothing really, just that I was telling Shan something about you, Jenni said in a little kid voice

Now young lady, for the millionth time I'm your mum, so don't call me Shan

Sorry mummy, you gonna tell daddy on me?? Jenni asked as she flashed those baby-blue puppy eyes at Shan, I thought I was gonna melt

Yes I am, now Jason did you hear what our daughter just said about you??

I said that mummy was dumb to marry you and that I didn't see why she wanted you to be her husband coz your pretty dumb!!! Jenni answered for Shan

Okay, guys what's going on here?? I asked getting annoyed

Hi son, nice to meet you, now you take care of our little girl now ya hear?? J said in a deep serious voice

Uh yeah sure now could you please get out of our room?? i asked

Jenni, what the hell was that all about???? Ritchie asked as he closed the door

We were just playign around that's all, just a joke. I answered him as his face turned from a confused look to his normal soft caring look

Oh, well I was beging to get worried, i thought you guys mighta gone insane!! He said

Ritchie, if us 3 were to go insane you'd be right there with us and you'd probably be the most insane one of all!!! I said

True well it's already 2.50 and we gotta be ready at 3.00 for everyone to come over, he said as he walked around the room picking up stuff and shoving it anywhere that was not visible

We had only been at the house for a few hours when Ritche stood up and said him and Jenni had to get ready for something

You know you 2 should stop doing this every day, I said not believeing what they were doing for the 3rd time this week

Huh what are you talking about???? Jenni asked me with a dumb found look on her face

Don't give me that crap, you know what I'm talking about, I said

No Scott, we don't so just tell us, but i can't promise that I won't ring your little neck, Jenni said between her teeth

You know if you don't stop one of you is gonna get some sexually transmitted dieasse, I told them

Okay, you must know something we don't cuz I have no idea what you are talking about, Rich said holding up his hands in surrender

Come on I know why you go up there every day, with those excuses we gotta get ready for the art show or-I was cut off by a pillow

Okay Scott you don't believe us, I'll be right back with my schedual and prove to you that we don't do the same thing every singel day of the week, Jenni yelled running up the stairs, and about 2 minuets later came running down with a piece of papaer in her hand

Okay, maybe I was wrong, but you have nothing planned for tonight, I said making a point

We do mate, just that Jenni doesn't know about it, until now of course, Ritchie yelled in my ear

Surprise huh??? What for Ritchie, no special occasion, I said making yet another good point

You dope, today those 2 have been going out for 2 or 3 years, Sean said slapping me upside the head

It wasn't hard to believe that Scott would make a whitty crack then forget about today, he's just like that, I told my best mate Tay

Yeah I know what you mean, him and Zac are so much alike, make a wise crack and forget something, how Heaven and Britt can put up with them is beyond me, not to mention Amanda and Ike being their best mates and all

To tell ya the truth mate, I almost forgot myself, until I heard Kim talking to Jenni about it but Kim already knows that, I said defending myself as best I could

Me too, but you know Megan I heard it from her

Meagn is a nice girl, minus the mouth, and the mind I said But no offense to her and all

I had been home for a few hours only to be greeted with Scott's wise cracks

Scott, do you ever give up with the wise cracks, I asked getting annoyed by them

No, I like making wise cracks on people, it shows I'm very smart!!! He answered with yet another wise crack

No, it shows your plain out stupid, and it annoying as hell to hear them every day, Shan yelled as she hurled a pillow at him

Ouch that hurt, I yelled over Scott

Opps sorry, wrong head

Pillow Fight Lindsay yelled as she threw a pillow at Heaven

Pretty soon pillows were flying everywhere

Hey Jenni duck and let's get outta here, I yelled as we ran to the door to the house

We made it, Jenni said when she finally caught her breath

Yup, now are you ready to go my love???

Why yes, I can't wait to get there!!! I'm so excited, she said as she jumped in the car and we drove off

~At The Resturant~

Oh god Ritchie this is so romantic, but I hate spaghetti so we can't order that, Jenni said as we entered the Italian Resturant

I know that's why I ordered your favorite, of course how could I forget you hated spaghetti, you only say it every time we come here with J and Shan, I said sarcastically as I pushed Jenni's chair under the table

Opps, I guess it's sunk in your brain, but when we're old you'll forget that and end up fixing me spaghetti and I'll barf and then you'll have to bend down with your bad back and clean it up

Oh god, don't go to when we're old, I don't want that day to come, I wanna stay young forever, with you

Oh how sweet, but it won't happen, but by the time our kids have kids then they will have invented some shot to where you stay the same age forever, Jenni told me about this very interesting subject, not the shot but the kids

Okay, but go back to the kids, since when did we have kids???

Not yet, but when we do we'll be sending them to spend the weekends with Uncle J. and Aunt Shan

I almost chocked on my drink, Uncle J. god that's a halirous thought, how'd you think of that??

Of course, me and Shan are like sisters so when her and J get married he will be kinda like my brother-in-law, there for Uncel J to our kids, its very simple, she explained it to me

Ohh, I see I pitty you being related to J and all, that's pretty bad, I said with a small frown

God, I'm pooped, I said gaspign for air after our huge pillow fight

Zac, you were supposed to tell us sooner that you were poop, then we could've got something to cover up the smell, J said sarcastically

Hahaha, that was so funny I forgot to laugh, no wait I did laugh, I'm so funny that its scary, I said making a wise crack I guess you could say its 1 thing me and Scott have in common

Good one Zac, we're gonna have to switch wise cracks some time, Scott said

Nope, no wise crack switching with my Scott, Britt said defending him

Shan got any chocolate, I need some chocolate, to refuel me, I asked as I ran to the kitchen

Hold up Zac, I'm gettin' the food and drinks, I don't have Jenni here to help me tonight so it will be a little longer, unless you want some extra food Zac and wanna help me

You mean extra chocolate?? I said gettin' excited

Yup, now get in here and help if you want that chocolate

The night was going a little slower and was a little more boring without Jenni and Ritchie there

Kim, you okay?? Megan asked as she sat beside me

Yeah, its just not the same with Jenni and Ritchie gone, it always feels different when someone's gone, I said as mostly everyone nodded in agreement

I guess we all felt that way without Breeze here, but now she's back and she's staying, Abs said as the 2 of them started makingout for the what 4th time in 5 minuets

Yup, we did, but hey people don't live in the past so lets forget about it, I suggested as I turned on the key-board and started playing mine and Seans song

You know Kim that is not bad, we can make something of that, Ike said

He speaks, its a mircale Scott yelled as he ran over to his best mate and they started rambeling on about some crap

Ritchie that was so fun, I said as we ran to our car

I know, we're gonna have to take all the gang here sometime

Zac might go a bit crazy in there, I pointed out, So would Scott

Oh yeah, but it would still be fun

So Rich, you wanna go for a ride in the country or stay on this road??

Country, that way not many people on the road, and we can get home later then we said, make everyone worry a bit then come running in the door saying "We're Back" he rambled on

Oh but first we gota get a camera to get the look on Shan and J's face when we come walking in the door, I said laughing about my idea

Soon, Ritchie and I were breaking into fits of giggles and laughs when some idot came up in the wrong lane and was headed right for us

Oh god, Ritchie turn the wheel, Ritchie oh god he's gonna hit us turn the fucking wheel

Jenni, the wheel is stuck.........

All of us were talkin when the phone rang, I'll get it I said as I ran to the phone

Hello, is this the home of Jenni Cartrett and Ritchie Neville???

Um, yes but they are out for a while

Okay, can I please speak to the gardian of them??

That would be me sorta, I said and listened to the guy on the other end

I was talking to Ricky about his trip to his grandparent's when I heard a loud "Thud" in the kitchen, Ricky and I looked at each other and ran into the kitchen

Shan, are you okay?? I asked as I picked her up off the floor

N...nn..no, she replied between sobs

Oh god, your bleeding, Ricky said while gettin' a wet papaer towel to put on Shan's head

Who was on the phone??? I asked remembering she came ot answer the phone

J had come into the living room, holding a bleeding and crying Shan, with Ricky following right behind, Now everybody Listen to Shan for a minute, I guess she has some very good news, J said

J, do you call Jenni and Ritchie being in the hospital good news?? she yelled

Already I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes, I had mad them mad and now they were in the hospital

Oh my word, why are they there??? They were going out to eat and to drive around for a while, J said as he sat down

They were driving around, when some drunk idot was driving on the wrong side of the road, from what I heard they tried to turn but the wheel was stuck, they got hit and Ritchie should be going into Recovery soon, but Jenni well Jenni is another story, Shan said before breaking down again

Oh god, how could that have happened??? It must be a prank, I said not wanting to believe a word of it

Umm..Scott it's not a prank Kim said looking up from the T.V., that's Ritchie's car right there, she said pointing to the car on the screen

Oh shit, this sucks, I can't believe this, I said as tears fell down my face

I had never seen Scott cry so this was just to much for me to handel, which made me break down as well

Why Ritchie and Jenni, they are the most sweetest caring people in the world?? I asked my face trenched with tears

I hung up the phone and went into the living room, Tay, Zac mom said to come home and as soon as she gets Zoe ready we're heading down to the hospital

Chapter 5

We all sat in the waiting room, waiting for any news about Ritchie or Jenni, although we all knew it would be a while before we heard about Jenni

Abs, what's wrong?? Breeze asked Nothing my love, just thinking about Jenni Oh, well don't worry she'll be fine, she reassured me with a kiss I know, but how come Jenni got hurt worse then Ritchie, I don't get it, I said deep in thought

That damn idoit hit the side of the car she was on, so she got hurt worse Just as I was about to say something the doctor came in, Hi, is there a J Brown and Shannon Tameny here??? They're right over there I pointed out Thank-you

The doctor had woken Shan and I up which was kinda what I wanted to happen for the past 2 hours

Mr. Browwn, Mrs. Tameny, I'm sorry to wake you but we have some news about Richard Neville

No, it's fine, is he okay??? I asked Yes, he's just been put in a room, you can go see him now Okay, sorry to bother you with this but is Jenni , I mean Jennifer Cartrett any better?? Shan asked getting more and more worried about her each second

No ma'me I'm sorry, she's still in intensive care, we don't know if she will make it, but the chances are very low that she will Okay, thank-you can we go see Ritchie now?? Yes you can but I need to talk to him for a few minutes first Okay, thank-you

Mr. Neville, canI please have word with you?? I heard a man's voice talking to me

Umm...yeah sure but tell me who you are first, I answered Sorry, I'm Dr. Stevens Dr.????? Yes you were in a car accident, with a young lady by the name of Jennifer Cartrett Jenni, oh god where is she??? I asked getting worried She is still in intensive care, and her chances of surviving are very low Survive, I'm sorry could you please tell me what happened again Dr??? I asked forgetting everything he had just said when I heard about Jenni Yes sir, you were hit by a drunk driver while you were driving somewhere, from what we have seen with the car is that you probably tried to turn out of the way but your wheel got stuck, and Jenni is she your girlfriend ??

Yes, she is, and what is wrong with her?? The driver hit the side of the car that she was in and she is pretty messed up, and we don't think she is going to make it Oh god, this is just peachy, I said, not a very good anniversary present for her or me.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that well you have some visitors and happy anniversary

You can go see him now, the doctor said as he came into the waiting room, but he is still a little uneasy so I suggest about 1 or 2 at a time

Okay thank-you doctor, can J and I go first guys, I asked Sure go ahead, everyone else is asleep but us 4, Abs said as Breeze nodded J and I walked inot his room, he was just laying there looking at the celing, Ritchie, how are you doing?? I asked

Hi Shan, I'm fine just have a really bad headache and my leg hurts, he said as I hugged him Well, my leg would hurt to if I broke it in a wreck, J said sarcastically

Oh god, this day just gets worse and worse, he cried Did you hear about Jenni yet??? J asked as his expression on his face changed real quick

Yeah, I did, but if you don't mind I'd rather not talk about her, I don't think I can bare the pain, he said Yeah sure, well we're gonna leave and send the next 2 in here I don't know who that will be though, I said as we left his room

~Breeze~

I saw J and Shan walk out of Ritchie's room and stood up, waiting for one of them to tell me it was okay to go in there

You 2 can go in there, but don't talk about Jenni,he get's a little uneasy whenever he hears her name, J told me as they sat down Okay, come on Abs, I ordered as we both slowly walked into Ritchie's room Ritchie man, how's it going?? Abs asked trying not to sound like he was crying

I'm fine, and you guys?? Were fine, just worried that's all, I said as his face turned pale What's wrong, I asked getting even more worried Nothing just thinking that's all, he replied No Ritchie something is wrong and I know it, I said as I sat on Abs' lap

It's noting really, like I said just thinking About Jenni?? Abs asked before he could catch himself Ritchie jut nodded before he started crying and mumbeling something to himself Ritchie, do you wanna be alone for a while?? I asked getting the picture

Again he just nodded so we left the room to leave him alone

Chapter 6

~Ritchie~

I had been in this crummy old bed for well over 5 hours, I was starting to loose the feeling in my legs so I decided to ask the doctor if I could go see Jenni in her room, if she had been moved to 1 yet

Dr. Stevens, can I get up for a little while?? I asked when the doctor came in my room to check on me I guessed Yes sure, I was just coming to tell you that Jenni is in a coma but has been moved to the room next-door Can I go see her?? I asked dying to see how bad she looked Sure can, do you want a wheelchair or crutches?? Crutches, I'm begining to loose the feeling in my legs, I answered Okay be right back

*~*In Jenni's Room*~*

I sat in the chair beside Jenni's bed, she was pretty brusied and messed up, but she still looked as beatiful as the day I met her

*~*Flashback*~*

~Jenni~

Will this day get any worse?? Iasked myself as I roamed through the airport looking for my mum or dad

Excuse me, oh god I'm so sorry, let me help you with that, a cute blonde haired boy with these blue eyes that made me melt It's okay really, my fault, I said as I picked up my bags Hi, I'm Ritche Neville, I live here in Tulsa, and you are?? I'm Jenni Cartrett, I just moved here from Fairside, England Oh that's cool, I used to live in Brimingham but I moved here with a bunch of my mates, did you say Cartrett??? Yes, I did say Cartrett why?? I asked with a confused look forming on my face I know 2 people with the name of Lisa and Will Cartrett, they asked me to pick up their daughter from the airport for them

Oh, then you must be my ride then Ritchie, cuz my mum and dad are Lisa and Will Cartrett

I couldn't believe my luck, Jenni was so beatiful and her baby-blue eyes were to die for

So how long have you lived here?? she asked tryign to start a convo For about 3 years now, its pretty nice, I like it here I like it already, she said as she looked into my eyes and I thought I was gonna melt

Oh, shit the lights green, I said as I snapped back into reality It's okay really, your very sweet you know that, Jenni stated Thanx, I get that a lot, I guess you could say I wear my heart on my sleeve, I said as I pulled into Jenni's drive-way

Thanx for bringing me home she said as she kissed my cheek, and I felt a chill go up my spine Your welcome, tell your rents' I said hi

Ritchie, are you okay?? I heard someone ask, I looked down at Jenni hoping it was her who asked but she was still laying there motinless

Ritchie??? Huh what?!?! I asked if you were okay, Jane said Yeah I'm fine, and you?? Same here, so how's she doin'??? Not, so good, she's offically in a coma, I said looking sympathically Ritchie, don't look at me like that, I can't stand to see you looking like that Sorry, can I just be alone with Jenni for a while?? I asked wanting to just sit here and hold her hand until she woke up, even if it took forever

Chapter 7

~Jane~

I couldn't stand to see Ritchie like that, for th epast hour and half he hadn't left her side, not even ot use the bathroom, it was to depressing to watch

Jane, you ok?? I heard Scott ask Huh what?!?! Are you ok??? Yeah sure, it's just to hard to see Ritchie like that, I can't stand it anymore, he won't budge, I said as I started to cry onto Scott's shoulder It's ok, she'll get through this and so will Ritchie, he said in the most reassuring voice

I hope so, coz if she dies I don't know what i will do, I said Don't say that, Scott scoled,she's not gonna die, no one will die and you know it

Sorry, it's just so far from Jenni surviving, and the doctors sai dif she did, she would probably have a lot of brain damage, or she won't know who any of us are

Shan and I decided ot go home after we went ot see Jenni, since she was finally in a room

What ya thinking?? Shan asked as she walked inot our room Oh, something that you don't really wanna know, I said playfully Oohh, dirty thoughts huh??? No, just that we have this whole house to our self tonight, I replied I know, I was thinking the same thing How bout' we make some of those thoughts come true, Shan suggested but before I answered she had draged me up the stairs

I totally blamed myself for all of this that had happened to Rich and Jenni, it was all so scary and it all happened so fast

Scott??? I heard Ritchie call me to Jenni's room Yeah Rich?? None of this is your fault, yu know that either way this still would've happened, he saod as soon as I sat on the other side of Jenni's bed I know that, but it just feels like it is my fault, I made all those dumb cracks and made you 2 really mad, I just don't see it any other way

We weren't mad at you, well we were right before we left, but at the resturant we were talking about you and the gang, I mean if you guys aren't there with me and Jen, then we have to be able to keep ya in or heads so we talk about stuff each of us likes to do, who we think is gonna be first ot even get married

Really, who did you decided on??? I said Zac and Heaven and Jenni said me and her Okay, that's weird, why Zac and Heaven?? God Scott have you ever seen them 2 when they think no one is around??? He asked and for th efirst time that night he was actually smiling Well, no have you?? Oh yeah, at least 3 times, I even played Peaking Tommy with the video camera

This was the first ime me and Scott actually talked since we moved to Tulsa

So, do you have any idea why Jenni said you and her would be first?? She didn't really explain it but she said since we had been together the longest, that it was more-in-likely, I told him Oh, this is a way whitty night, Scott said Yeah I have to agree with you on that, just as I said that Dr. Stevens came in Ritchie can I talk ot you alone for a few??? Yeah sure, I was just leaving anyways, see you tomorrow Rich, Scott said as he walked out the door What is it??? Well we were runnign some tests on Jenni and we found out that- That what?? You might wanna sit down for this he told me, so I sat down in th echair and he pulled his stool over

We were running some test on Jenni eariler and just found out that she was pregnat...but when you had th eaccident th ebaby died a few days ago because it wasn't getting any food since we didn't know My face went pale, Jenni was right all along, I said What, you mean you knew?? Oh no, Jen and I were talking one night and we brought up the sub that out of or gang who we thought would be the first couple ot have kids, and she said us, and she was right

Oh, how weird, well Ritchie you need ot get some rest you've been sittin gthere for at least 4 hours Well can I sleep in Jenni's room, I don't wanna leave her side unless I absoultly have to, I asked Sure, go ahead, I understand how you feel You do, how??? When my wife was about tohave our son, I didn't wanna leave her side fo a nano second

J??? Yeah, what's wrong??? I really wanna do this but not with Jenni being in a coma and all, it just doesn't feel right, I told him as I pushed him off me Shan, it'll get your mind off things for a while, and if anything happens at the hospital then Ritchie or Dr Stevens will call, he said in th emost reassuring way I just don't know, I said Come on, this was your idea, now yur gonna stop right in the middle of things Okay, I'm sorry forgive me?? Instead of answering me he just leaned in and kissed me, pretty soon the kisses got more deep and passionate

Oh god, I said as I caught my breath Was it that bad?? J said with puppy-dog eyes No it was that good!!!! I yelled Oh, so you like then?? Oh yeah, a lot

Chapter 8

~Ritchie~

I laid my head down on Jenni's bed as I thought about what Dr. Stevens had said eariler, how could this happen I thought to myself, God why did this have to happen to her, this really sucks, first I don't know if my girlfriend is even gonna live, then only to find out that our baby died, this was just to much for me to deal with tonight by myself, I need someone to talk to

Hey Ritchie, how is she?? I heard Breeze ask Still the same, can I tell you something Breeze??? I asked wanting to get this of my back Sure go ahead, but do you want a soda or something to eat first, being that you haven't moved from that spot for 4 hours Yeah sure but don't be long coz I really need someone to talk to Okay, be right back, she said and jumped out the door

I miss talking to Jenni I thought as I watched her lay there motinless, doing nothing but sleep, or be in a coma. My life is just a living hell, I just hope I don't lose Jenni,I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have her in my life, she just means so much to me, I just can't lose her

Just then Breeze walked in with a Coke and some chips, sorry Rich this is all they had at that shitty cafetria, so what is it you wanted ot talk about???

Okay, first off ya might just wanna sit down, cuz if you don't ya might end up like me, I told her pointing to my cast Okay, sitting now what is it, I can tell something is wrong, do I need ot get Abs in here too?? If ya want coz he needs to know too, because sooner or later everyone will find out

I was starting to get worried about Ritchie, he had been so depressed lately, and i had a feeling it wsn't just because of Jenni

Abs, come with me to Jenni's room, Ritchie needs someone to talk to, and I don't wanna talk to him alone, I told Abs as he held up his hand telling me to wait a minute Now what is it you want my dear??? Abs asked as he patted the place beside him for me to sit down It's Ritchie, he has been acting really depressed all of a sudden and i don't think it's just because of Jenni, I told him Yeah okay, and And I want you to come and talk to him wit hme coz I don't wanna talk to him alone, I pleaded

Okay, lets go then We reached Jenni's room and found Rithcie sitting there crying Rich man, are you okay??? Abs asked a worried look formed on his face No, its not okay, I just need someone ot talk to, I gotta get this off my back, its killing me, he said between sobs Well we're here aren't we?? I asked so talk You might wanna sit down if I were you, coz this took me by as much surprise as it did me, he warned us Abs and i sat down totally unprepared fo rwhat Rithcie had to say

This day has been a living nightmare, everyone at the Hanson house, trying not to cruse in front of Zac's parents

I know what you mean, I just hope Jenni gets better, Tay said Yes she is a very polite young lady, and i would hate to not haver her around, I heard Mrs. Hanosn saying Yeah, well we'll all go up to th ehospital tomorrow morning to see how's she's doin gbut right now we need to get some sleep, it's been a long 2 days, Mr.Hanson ordered

I sat in Jenni's room with Breeze an dRitchie, and I had never seen him like this, he had that "oh god I can't believe this just happened" look and like Breeze I had a feeling that it wasn't just because of Jenni

Okay, we're sitting so tell us, Breeze said as we waited for Ritchie to respond Okay, Ritchie took a big sigh and started, eariler I was talking to Scott when the Dr came in and said that they had run some tests on Jenni and found out that she- Hold up I gotta use the loot!! I cut him off, I used the bathroom and came in and sat back down, now you can finish mate! Okay, well after the Dr ran some tests he found out that she wa...was For god's sake, Ritchie just say it!! I said but got hit by Breeze Abs leave him alone, if you were in his situation then you would be exzacally like him, Breeze ordered me Sorry go on Rich

He said she was gonna have a baby.........but that it died cuz they just found out about it today and hadn't been able to give it the food an dstuff it needed to survive, he blurted out and started crying again

Oh god, opps I didn't mea to make ya so mad Ritchie, I said Then and there Breeze fainted right in my arms, so i didn't know what exzacally she was gonna say

*~*Scott's House*~*

Ricky, Lindsay, Ashley, and Nick had stayed over at my house since it was closer to the hospital and they didn't wanna wake their parents being it was around 3:00am

So what's ya wanna do?? Lindsay asked Sleep, I replied Okay, but what are us 4 supposed ot sleep on Nick asked giving me a weird glare Um...the soa pulles out to a bed and then someone can put the air mattress on the floor and sleep on that I said wanting to go to bed and stop worrying about Jenni Okay, I'm sleep onthe mattress Lindsay said, I can't stand sofa-beds Okay its settled Ricky and Lindsay on th efloor and Ashley and Nick on the couch, I said running up stairs ot get the stuff for them I came back down only to find that all 4 of them had falln asleep on the floor so I unfolded 4 blankets and sat them at each of their feet just in case they got cold

As I walked up the stairs to my room, I remembered that the Dr had wanted ot talk to Ritchie about someting, ummmm...I wonder what it was, but i was cut off in my thoughts when I heard Britt talking to someone I picked up th epj=hone and Breeze and Britt were talking about some baby, hi Breeze, i said into the phone Hi Scott, how's it going? Fine and you?? Okay, I guess So what is this I hear about some baby?? I asked curious to know what was going on Oh nothing just that Jenni is supposed to have a baby but it died , Breeze said on the other end

Okay, by the way did Rich tell you anything abot the Dr wantingot talk to him about something eariler tonight?? I asked Yes, what I told you is what the Dr told Rithcie, Breeze said Oh, well good night I'm turning in I'm very tired

Chapter 9

God J will you get your lazy bum outta bed?? I yelled in his ear

Yeouch!!!!! That hurt he jumped up holding his ear Well next time i tell you to get up will you?? Depends, will you scream in my ear again?? Maybe Okay sorry I was just so tired because of last night, he said yawning

Weared ya out that bad did I??? Well you just take a nice warm shower and you'll feel all better whe you get done, I said pinching his cheek and talking to him the way I talk to babies

Very funny, see ya in a while, he said as he closed the bathroom door and locked it as if I was gonna come in there and flush the toliet on him, that's just to harsh

Wake up everyone, its Christmas morning!! Zacyelled at th etop of his lungs

Oh yeah opps, I forgot about that, I said as I got some clothes and took me a nice long warm shower

Tay hurry up!!!! Ike was yelling and bounding on the door Okay sorry, coming, I said as I pulled my shirt ove rmy head, brushed my hair and walked out the bathroom Finally, Heaven yelled as she raced ot get in the bathroom before Ike and won

OH GOD!!!!!!! I yelled at the top of my lungs when I felt Jenni's hand move in mine

Ritchie, what's wrong?? Breeze asked waking up real fast I just felt Jenni's hand move, I was holding it all night and when it moved it woke me up, I yelled as Abs slowly woke up Nice hair Abs, I said trying not to laugh at him What is going on in here Ritchie, Dr Stevens asked as he walked in Jenni just moved, that's what's going on, I said Yes I know she was not in a coma when I checked on her this morning, but she hasn't waken up yet, so give her time and let's see what happens

Okay, thanx Dr, the smile on my face hadn't left since I woke up, this is so great I said just sitting there waiting for Jenni to wake up

The 6 of us had just walked in the door to the hospital only to be greeted by a grining Abs, Breeze, Heaven, Zac, Tay, and Ike

Okay guys aren't we supposed to be sad here, Jenni is in a coma, i said as Tay looked at me witha confused look on his face What are you talking about, Jenni's not in the coma anymore, she made it through I started crying but not tears of sadness but tears of pure happiness All Scott could say was "Told ya so" which made everyone slap him upside the head Could this day get any better I asked myself

Meghan, Shan, J and I decided to meet at a little breakfast place before we headed out to the hospital

So, how's everything?? The waitor asked Just fine thank-you, I replied Okay, so can we get the check andget going?? Megan asked as she sipped her drink

I thought we came here to put off going to the hospital as much as we could, I answered Well we did, but it's been 2 hours since we were supposed to be at the hospital and the gang might be a bit worried, Megan said As soon as she said that my beeper went offb be right back guys I dialed the # on my beeper:

Hello, Kayla?? Yeah hey Jane, what's up?? Nothign I just wanted ot know if J could pik me up on your way to the hospital?? I dunno let me go ask him and I'll call you right back, okay Okay, bye Hey, J can you pick up Jane on the way to the hospital??? We had made it to the hospital when Breeze came running up to me yelling something I couldn't make out

Yup, he's waiting for her to wake up now, poor kid ~J~ We had found out Jen was outta the coma as soon as we walked in the door, I guess you could say it just made my day

Can we go see her then?? Shan asked Umm, I dunno I guess ya gotta ask Rich, Breeze and I slept in there with him, so we've known since he woke us up by screaming at the top of his lungs Oh really, why did he yell??? I asked curious of why Ritchie would yell at anybody Jenni moved that's all, she moved, he screamed, woke us up, and here we are, Abs said I probably would've yelled at the top of my lungs if my girlfriend had been in a coma for about 2 days, and she moved, so would you, I replied at his comment True, well if ya wanna see Jenni just ask Ritchie I guess With that we walked over to Jenni's room, hey Rich, can we come in?? I asked as I walked over to him

Yeah, come on in Okay, how's she doin'??? Better, but she still hasn't woke up, do you think you could sit here so I can get up and walk around for a little while and get the feeling back in my legs??? Yeah sure, but why did you wait till we got here?? Shan asked a look of confusion on her face Coz, if she wakes up and I'm not here, I want at least Shan to be here since Jenni says she's like a sister to her, was all he replied Oh okay, well you go ahead and do what ever and we'll sit here wiht her for a while, I said
