Joel Euegen Hiesley was born June 21, 1985. and from that day forward he was the most loving funny friend anyone could ask for. I was blessed by knowing and having Joel as my best friend growing up. He always put me in a good me. As well as everyone else... even if they where picking on him he always stayed Level headed and would do something funny to get the upper hand. He was in his frist year of pioneering. He liked funny music like Weird Al, or Ice Ice baby. he liked Square danceing. He Loved hot wings from applebee's. Also off road moto bikeing. He was the most wonderful person I ever knew. Joel as well as his sister Alica passed away January 3rd and 4th of 2004. they as well and Nathen and David are Loved & missed so much.
