CÁUSTICO - Entrecortes - (Demo - Self Produced - Brazil). Brutality to the flower of the skin, death raw metal sung in Portuguese and with interesting lyrics, among them a poem of the notorious brazilian poet Augusto dos Anjos: " O DEUS VERME " (The Worm God). ESICASTIC - Undecember (Demo - Self produced - Italy). Technical death metal that invests in more melodic parts and keyboard climates, combining vocal guttural and soft. The record is a little restrained, but we can notice a good work of guitars of the couple Dario and Denis. The guttural vocal of Leandro combine very well with the sound, but when he tries to sing in a melodic way the thing it turns back because his vocal melodic isn't good. FORGOTTEN SILENCE - Thots - (Cassete Album - Self Produced - Czech Republic) - Impressive doom atmospheric metal coming from Czech Republic, for many days that tape rolled in my walkman and to each new audition I found more elements and sensitive and beautiful melodies that made me to love her still more. Are infinite atmospheres of the extreme sweetness to the deepest abyss of the soul. Thots is a conceptual album with a history based on the book " Tthe House Of the Spirits " written by I sabele Allende, and he really sounds as an perfect soundtrack for that intriguing romance. PSYCHOTIC EYES - (Demo - Self Produced - Brazil). Death thrash with influences of Slayer and an excellent vocalist that remembers Mile Petrosa of KREATOR at time of the albums " Endless Pain " and " Pleasure to Kill ". Furious guitars and sharp rifs, a work that shows a lot of maturity, weight and good instrumental technique for a demo, PSYCHOTIC EYES promises! It is already capable to record a debut CD. SATARIAL - The Queen of the Elves Land - (Cassete Álbum - Hobgoblin Prod. -Russia) - Guitar, drums and bass mixed to flutes, violins and keyboards, formula already usual in the black metal, but here renewed by the inclusion of elements of the Russian folkloric music. SATARIAL exists since 1989 and on those 11 years of existence it already caused a lot of polemic in its theatrical performances that they involve blood and naked girls, have the hate of the Ortodox Russian church. TWISTED TOWER DIRE - The Curse of Twisted Tower - (Master Tape - Self Produced - USA). True heavy metal in the line of old Iron Maiden!! Very well played and sung, but without a lot of novelties.
