Rouslan Tsar: FUTURA was born in 1996 with a first demo, that I comoposed and recorded myself. I took one year to compose and to find some good musicians, after us have signed with a small record label and in following we put out the first album :" I'm wanted by a dream ". Our Label made bankruptcy, my comrades-in-arms left and me, I began my solo career.

What is the reason of the name FUTURA? What is the proposal of the band??

The first name of band was : "Future in the box" after someone proposed me to change "Future" in "Futura" as in Brazilian, so :"Futura in the box" but this was very long, and became at the end : "Futura" you know.

Talk us a little about your musical influences and composition process.

To the basis, I have a superior classic formation as composer and arranger, to compose, that's my job, so the process is simple like to the school, but the feeling it's depends on my psychic situation.My musical influences are based on all musics, that seem to me interesting.

What do speak the lyrics of " JAPANESE FEELING " ?

The lyrics speak of politics and belief, as speaks of the traditions and the war, philosophy and sadness.

" JAPANESE FEELING " had the participation of several other musicians (different from the previous CD NORDIKA, where you, ROUSLAN TSAR, was the only composer and musician), Will be FUTURA a band in the next releases?

At the moment I am always in search of good musicians to complete the band and to begin to play on stage, but it is a browses very complicated that asks a lot of times and the conviction. While waiting, the machines save myself and they help me to achieve my ideas.

You are the creator of the FUTURA CD's cover arts, talk us a little about that your designer activity.

I am fascinated by cyber drawings that filled my creation,the computer it is a brilliant invention that to created a new shape of art.

You are Russian. Do the Russian music influences in the FUTURA?

Yes, the Russian classical music it is my specialty that is very expressive and dramatic, full of emotions and sadness that gives me strength and the inspiration.

Besides the FUTURA, you also released some solo albums, talk us about them.

I also compose different musics as classic, new-age vanguard and another one, I put out some albums, among others a ballet on pictures of Jérôme Bosch.
