I was lucky enough to obtain some of Dimitri Tiomkin soundtracks. Frankly, I tell you, it wasn't as easy as it seems. My collection is not complete yet (still looking for more of his works) but I guess now I have most comprehensive collection of Tiomkin's music in Russia.
