Welcome to the website for the station. I hope you enjoy listening. The music I program are all songs with which I can identify. You can hear a variety of artists on this station. Anywhere from James McMurtry to Rush. I just love music especially music with a meaning. I find a lot of the songs by accident. For instance, I knew nothing of James McMurtry or Todd Snider until I started listening to NPR in Houston. The station is KPFT FM 90.1. There is a link on the left of the page. I hope you find this stuff interesting. I am discovering music I have never heard and sharing it with you. Some are classics that we all know and some you may be hearing for the first time. I am excited at the prospect of discovering music that is new.. to me anyway... and maybe to you too. Current rock n roll is so stale. All depression and no reason why. Maybe this will give you a break from it as it has given my relief. Peace! |
