FIZMO

Programing program changes, midi messages in decimals:

1. Enter the program change number (1 - 64) for the preset and send it on
the base midi channel (1).


To enter sounds from another program into the preset being used:

1. Select preset with step 1 from above.

2. Choose the bank number the sound being added to the preset is in.

enter the control change number for bank select msb (0 *) and the value
(0 = bank1 or 1 = bank2) send on midi channel = base + 2 , 3 , 4 , or 5 **
depending on what slot on the preset you want the new sound to take

3. choose the program change number (0 - 127) for the sound being added in
to the preset and send on the same midi channel from step 2.

* FIZMO also responds to bank select lsb CC# 32 and this control number
can be used as an alternate bank select. But, CC# 0 should be used by
devices with less than 128 banks. Devices with more than 128 banks use both
CC numbers 0 & 32 in order to access up to 16,384 banks. FIZMO has 2 banks.

** if the FIZMO base MIDI channel = 4 and the new sound is going in to
slot 2 in the preset send the information on MIDI channel 7.
