I'm quite satisfied with the way it turned out in the end.  I think it conveys the atmosphere of the songs included.  Click on a thumbnail to see a larger version of the picture.
 

This is the picture side of the cover.
It is folded so that the middle one serves as the cover photo.

 

On the other side you can read a message from me
and see who did what.

 

On the back is an index of the songs.
