Aramis Sesame Honey-Chicken Stirfry

** Note: This recipe involves CHICKEN… and Lord Aramis, being the wonderful Brit that he is, does not enjoy chicken as much as some American <like me> do, however, he REALLY does like this one!

Ingrediants:

Boneless, Skinless, Chicken - approx 1 chicken breast size per person eating the stir fry, for this recipe, I will concentrate on feeding 2 people with this recipe, but you can always add to it!

½   Cup Honey
½   Cup Oil - Sunflower, Safflower or Canola - Olive Oil leaves too much of a taste, as does Walnut.
½   Cup Sliced Celery
½   Cup Coined Carrots
½   Cup Diced Onions
10 - 12 Snow Peas
3   Cloves Garlic - Minced (or use a garlic press!)
1/8 Cup Seasame Seeds
¼   Cup Pineappple Tidbits - drained of fluid
1   Tsp Basil
1   Tsp Oregano
¼   Cup Vinegar (malt is better than other, but Apple Cider works well too)
Salt/ Pepper/ White Pepper to taste

Slice the chicken into stir fry size slivers. Wash VERY GOOD under warm water, and place in a bowl. Pour the honey and oil over the chicken, and mix it altogether - covering the chicken WELL~!

Place the bowl in the refrigerator, until you have all of the vegetables sliced, diced, etc…

In a bowl, place the Celery, Carrots, Onions, Snow Peas, Pineapple, Basil, Oregano, and Seasame Seeds together and set to the side. Place a Wok, or skillet on the stove and start to heat it. Add the chicken mixture to the skillet/wok. Toss in the minced garlic… Cook chicken until it is starting to turn brown - NOT BURNED, just so that the honey is starting to turn it golden on the sides - make SURE the chicken is cooked all the way through!

Remove the chicken to a plate, and return skillet/wok to the stove, Toss in vegetable/fruit/Seasonings mixture. Sprinkle the quickly cooking veges with Vinegar, you do NOT have to use the entire amoutn of vinegar, the veges should not be TOO vinegary smelling, - (Example: NOT LIKE DILL PICKLES!).

Quickly stir-fry your veges, approx 3 - 4 minutes!

Add your chicken back to the skillet and mix everything together! Approx - 1-2 minutes.

Serve IMMEDIATELY!
