Yorkshire Pudding **You will need either a cupcake pan or a pan designed with muffin sized cups. You can use a pie pan, but I have not had much luck making this very large. **Oil approx. 1 teaspoon for each *cup* that you plan to fill with the pudding mix. Ingredients for Mix: 1 Cup Flour Mix these together in a bowl. I prefer to use a mixer, it
works quicker
Instructions: Pour approximately 1 tsp. of oil into each *cup* of the tin you plan to use. Place the pans in the oven, and set the temperature to 425 degrees. Make sure your pudding mix is smooth, and ready to pour. When the oven has heated to 425, remove the pan(s) and pour enough batter in each to reach about ¾ of the height of the cup. IMMEDIATELY place the tins into the oven. Cook for approx. 25 minutes, or until the puddings are golden brown. For proper eating of these, they should be served VERY HOT, with gravy, preferably with a Roast. |
