Hi,

Congratulation, you have in your hands one of the 700 limited edition
reserved to our Quebec's fan.
On the menu: Improvisations in concert and unreleased pieces.
"Kite" was composed in 1985 and recorded in 1996 during "Retropolis"
sessions, but due to limited time on cd, was not selected.

The next piece, "Piece of Nizzimo", is an improvisation-extension based
from the piece "Humanizzimo" from the cd "The Flower King". This improvisation
was recorded April 5, 1996 during a concert in Uppsala in Sweden, the
home of The Flower King.
For this occasion we have Hasse Bruniusson on drums.

"The Flower King" is a 1998 version from the same piece on the cd "The Flower King".
This new version was realized for the compilation edited
in the USA under the name"Scanning the Greenhouse". We hope carrying
something new to this piece...

"Duke of Nuke" is an other improvisation recorded in Uppsala April 5, 1996.
"Garden of Dreams, part 1" will give you a foretaste of our next
cd that will be called "Flower Power". This is only a demo. In the final
version, this piece will be definitively longer.

For conclusion of this cd, "Buffalo Man" is an other unreleased piece from
the "Retropolis" sessions. This piece was only on "Unprogged", a compilation
from different progressive bands realized in England by the Voiceprint label.
Looking forward to see you in our concerts 11 and 12 September in Quebec..
Roine Stolt and The Flower Kings

Note: Roine Stolt states the following:
"If we should be 100 percent correct, Hasse Bruniusson plays percussion on the live tracks and Jaime Salzar plays drums.
