First, let me say i do have a background in magick. Let me also say there is no such thing as "black" and "white" magick. if you must term magick in black and white, think of white magick as any magick that aids to your spiritual growth, and black magick as any magick that aids to your physical growth.(as in possisions, bending the will of the universe to get what you want, ect)

If you want to get technical here, we could go into the defenition of good and evil. When the word evil was first used, in ancient cultures, it did not mean the "evil" christainty talks about. The word "evil" simply meant anything that was of the physical, or mortal world.so "black magick" would be "evil" if you veiwed it in those terms. It does things for the physical, or mortal being.

Before begining magick, you must first understand a few basic concepts.

Everyone is magickal. Magick is nothing more than the will or desire for a particular outcome or event to happen. All you need to be sucessful in magick is to really REALLY WANT it to happen.

You also need to understand the concept of the three fold law. This is the belief that everything you do will return to you three fold. i personaly do not beleve in this law. I belive it is the will of the person that shapes the magick. If you belive it will come back, it will. If you belive the three fold law is nothing but a bunch of wiccan crap, then it is.

This is the beauty of magick. Nothing is true and everything is possible. You choose what you belive and what you want.
