The Dark Side of the Occult
~a vodoo curse~

i wanted to give you rituals and spells you can use, but i know everyone is wanting some vodoo stuff, so, here it is. I have never tried this, and i would urge caution when atempting it. If the victim is experienced in the occult and able to defend themselves, it could easily backfire and prove dangerous to the practitioner. If you do this you do it at your own risk. I am in no way responsable for your actions. Magick is a very real and powerful force. It should be treated with respect, therefore I would suggest that magick such as the following not be "played" with.

Take a peice of wax or clay and work it into the general shape of a human. While working the clay/wax, keep your attention on the victim. If there is anything belonging to the victim that can be worked in, all the better. This helps greatly with the identification. Traditional, nail and hair clipings are used. The fiqure may be very crude with no body or facial details. However, to the practitioner, this fiqure is as real a the person. The practitioner will see the face of the victim on the doll. He see's the details of the victim, his body, his stance, his gestures. To him, it IS the victim.

When this is completed, the fiqure must be named. It is then sprinkled with salted water and held in the smoke of incense while the practitioner names it for the victim. when this is done the doll is wrapped in a clean white cloth and sat aside until needed.

To actually work the magick, the practitioner takes 9 new unused pins. He lays the effigy before him and taking the pins one at a time jabs them into the fiqure with a wish for a particular thing to happen. For example, he may jab the pin into the head and say, "may...(name)...be drivin insane!"

For this sympathetic magick to work the practitioner must be really worked up, really angry. He must feel so much hate towards the vicitim that if he was to see him in person he would certainly attack him physically.

I have been told that the bigest precaution that must be taken is in the handling of the pins. As he thrusts the pins in, he must be very careful that it does not touch anyof the other pins that have been pushed in. It is said that if this should happen, the whole curse will come back on the practitioner. That is for YOU to decide.

There is also a custom ,which is still very much alive, that involves sticking pins into a candle. Traditionally, if a woman has been jilted, she would take a candle and light it. Sitting before it she would stick two new pins into it, from opposite sides. They should go in far enough to reach the wick. Then she recites,
"Tis not these pins i wish to burn,
but...(name)...'s heart i wish to turn.
May he neither sleep nor rest
Till he hath granted my request."
She must then sit and watch the candel burn down to the pins, all the time thinking of her lover.
