This site is dedicated to one of Punk / Hardcore's "Legendary" bands.
Ill Repute started way the hell back in 1981 and are still hitting
it hard today. They just released a GREAT c.d.- "And Now..." in July 1998 (the follow-up to 1997's "BLEED"
C.D.). This is their second release on the Edge Recordz (www.edgecore.com) in Oxnard.
I just picked up the amazing 4-way Split C.D. on Bad Taste Records
(www.badtasterecords.se) with 'Pute, Good Riddance, Satanic Surfers, and The Almighty
Trigger Happy.This is a fucking good comp! It is soon to be RE-released
on Fearless Records. If you can find it, pick it up... Also Look
for Ill Repute on Fishbowl Records comp out any day now. And look
for Rocky Horror Picture show tribute compilation featuring The
'Pute. and For all you skaters out there, you'll soon hear ill
repute on the next FOUR 411 video mags. and all you psycho motorcycle
heads-Crusty Demons of Dirt 3 and 4 Soundtrack.
There are also rumors about a U.S./Canadian tour in summer/fall
1998. Check the tour dates page...Ill Repute is out playing So.Cal.
shows and ripping it up with the likes of Youth Brigade, Strung
Out, and Millencolin among others.. They are fucking great live
and loud too....so bring ear plugs....
