This is a song that the band had written for their '94 tour and often played it live. When it came time to write for their 1997 "Trysome Eatone" album, they had planned on recording a studio version of it but they changed too many things around with it from it's original version and didn't like the direction it was going so they canned it and scratched the idea all together. Too bad 'cause the live version is a great song!
