Here are the modes, all can be transposed, I'll be adding as soon as each one is made, these are hard to make with just the bmp thing that comes with Windows.

Here is a chart I made in study hall the other day that has all the modes you can possibly play in, it starts with the root note then has all the relative modes in rest of the chart, look at it and you'll understand. So pick out any mode you want to play in and you'll find every note on the scale (just follow it horizontally and go until you hit the octave, for example: let's take C Dorian - C D D# F G A A# - there are all the notes on it. and look up to the mode names and that is what modes are also in the one your looking at.)
