NOTE FOR GUITARISTS: The slide intro starts on B -- two B's played an
octave apart, one on the sixth string, 7th fret, one on the fourth
string, 9th fret.
The repeating E-D guitar riff in the recorded version can be done by
playing a barred E chord at the seventh fret and then releasing the 2nd,
3rd, and 4th strings, resulting in a D chord with the E bass string
continuing to sound.
