Song Written By MICHAEL TARTAGLIA
TITLE: DRIVEN
This song was written almost by accident, when I found some nice
chords by sliding Fmaj7 up and down the fret board. I mixed in some other
chords and presto! Here I go! The final high-pitch bit was done to show
the high point of the song. It is followed by a blunt end, but it sounds
good. Last time I counted, there were 27 different chords (with 3 notes
or more), 3 power chords (two notes), and then just 1 note played over and
over. That's not pushing it, I hope.
The song order (if not made clear in the tabs) is as follows:
opening, verse, bridge, verse, bridge, chorus, verse, bridge, chorus x 2,
bridge, chorus, ending. Phew!
CHORDS: EADGBe
Fmaj7 (033210) Through the "chorus" and opening, this FORM is used.

.... Then to CHORUS for one more time, then the BRIDGE for the last time,
and finally go to the CHORUS again (repeat twice). When done with the
CHORUS, do the following ENDING (that is, if you dare to):
***NOTE: If your wrist hurts before you enter this section, go right to the
section labelled with the stars ("*****"). If you are sitting on a stool or
chair and your wrists are so-so or fine, then try the high pitch parts.
Just don't do them on an acoustic guitar. IN SHORT, "**Note**" is the
quick, painless, easy way out of the song. The high pitch parts are rarely
done live anyway, so . . .
ENDING:
"SLIDES" means to slide down slowly (in the # of counts given), and strum
some chords as you go. "!WHAM!" means to use your guitars "whammie" bar
to make the odd effect.
