Check out U.S. Seattle based band Sponge's '96 album "Wax Ecstatic". It features Richard Butler on backing vocals on a track called "I Am Anastasia". Love Spit Love toured with Sponge during their U.S. tour in 1994 and built up a strong friendship which led to Butler collabarating with them during the recording of Wax Ecstatic.
