I made these exercises a while back so I had something to always try to get faster and reach my Eventual Shred. Meaning that if you practice, eventually you will be able shred. So let's get on with the exercises.

This first one is one that deals with a technique that is sweep picking with alternate picking when your not sweeping. Watch the picking.
