The Costumes

Bucky costume - first appeared in Young Men #24.
It is an exact replica of the one worn by Bucky Barnes during World War II. There were two versions. The first consisted of blue leggings and tunic; red gloves, boots and shorts and black domino mask. The second outfit from the waist up was the same, but had blue shorts and boots and red leggings. Jack wore this costume until Captain America #282 and again, briefly, between Captain America #297 and #301.
Blue and yellow Nomad costume - first appeared in Captain America #282.
A variation on the Nomad costume Steve Rogers wore for a brief time during his first resignation as Captain America. It was made up of a navy blue stretch-fabric bodysuit and mask; yellow boots, gloves, cape and belt. It was also equipped with two yellow chest-mounted stun-discs. This version lasted until Captain America #309.
Blue, yellow and tan Nomad costume - first appeared in Captain America #324.
Although not terribly different from the original, major changes included the ommission of the cape, the boots and gloves switched from yellow to tan-colored and a bullet-proof Kevlar jacket was added. This incarnation of the Nomad uniform was worn until Captain America Annual #9.
Black and gold Nomad costume - first appeared in Captain America Annual #9.
The most drastic change to the Nomad costume. Jack completely scrapped the old suit in favor of a black shortsleeve bodysuit, Kevlar bodyshell, blue/green sunglasses, leather trenchcoat, leather boots and belt with gold "N" buckle. This costume lasted until Nomad (Volume 2) #25.
Blue dress "Jackie" costume - first appeared in Nomad (Volume 2) #11.
Easily Jack's most unusual costume. Worn during an undercover assignment, Jack's ensemble included a blue dress with matching handbag, earrings, silk stockings and highheel shoes. Jack never wore the outfit again . . . and I doubt he missed it.
Scourge of the Underworld costume - first appeared in Thunderbolts #38.
When Jack was forced to become the Scourge, his new identity's outfit consisted of a dark blue bodysuit, dark blue mask with red tinted lenses and synthetic teeth covering the mouth, flexible chrome leg boots, red and yellow belt, red, white and dark blue armored shoulderpads with two yellow chest mounted stundiscs, red gauntlets, and dark blue and yellow helmet with red and yellow horns. Jack abandoned the armor during his escape from CSA headquarters in Thunderbolts #50.
