So all your life, you've been drinking lemonade.

And at first you drank the same kind as all your friends - prepackaged, the powder kind. Sweet enough to make you all crave it. And sometimes, that's still the easiest kind to enjoy.

And then, someday, when you'd grown up a little you had homemade lemonade for the first time. Someone went to all the trouble of picking up ripe lemons, squeezing them all, mixing in the right amount of sugar and water and ice and serving it to you in chilled glasses with a curley straw and a sprig of mint. And it blew the prepackaged kind completely away.

And sometimes the homemade kind is a little too sour, or bitter, or sweet, or weak, or strong for you.

And sometimes it's just exactly right, and it quenches a thirst you didn't even know you had.

And that's Arjuna - homemade music that satisfies your soul's drought.

"Arjuna - la luna with a beautiful voice...wonderful and talented. You rock!" *Pamela Means* "keep up the beautiful writing! Hope to play with you again soon. *Trina Hamlin*

Oh, I must know more! MORE!

Is she playing near me?

So what IS she saying when she sings?

May I see her poems?

How did she get so amazing?

Can I buy her amazing stuff?

Can I read an amazing review of her amazingness?

Is there some sort of more "professional" bio?

Can I hear an mp3 of one of her songs?

What are other folks sayin' about her?

"You're so groovy." *Dar Williams* "I so enjoyed your music, you were GREAT!" *Edie Carey*

Aren't you proud for finding out about her now? You're one of counter people to bliss out to Arjuna first.

Hey, and check this out- charts from KRNL radio (Cornell College, Iowa) for 11/6/00-11/12/00:

Pretty slinkster, eh? And the last time we checked, some chick sings was hovering around #6!

From February-July, arjuna was the featured artist on Planet Dug's "A Cut Above" site which highlights promising new indie artists. It's a farking fantastic review, hopefully archived somewhere on the page. Planet Dug is the interactive part of Daemon Underground, which is all about artists on Amy Ray's Daemon Records. What an honor! :)

arjuna would like to thank Mo for the housewife comment.
Even though that particular housewife was technically from Australia.

wanna see a college paper arjuna wrote about gender queer kids? (if anyone wants to send arjuna a "fuck yer gender" t-shirt, size medium, she'd trade it for a cd or book)
