| "Oh shit! I knew something like this would happen!" cried Janet. "Why did you have to go and scream 'Oh My God' so loudly?!" "Well, how the hell was I supposed to know that a hackey sack would come flying at my face?!" yelled Michelle. "Fine, but it was your idea to spy on them in the first place!" Janet yelled back. "Look, we can yell about this later! But for now, I suggest we run like the wind!" cried Michelle as she pulled Janet's arm and dashed to the nearest exit she could find. "Did y'all hear something out there?" asked a voice from the room. "Yeah, let's go see what it was," answered another voice from the room. As soon as they opened the door, they spotted two frantic girls running around trying to find an exit to run away and hide in. "Hey, where do y'all think you're going?" asked one of the guys from the room. "Oh SHIT! Err - I mean, um..well, see, we were - well, uh, we kind of got lost while looking for the bathroom, and we kinda ended up back here somehow," said Janet, stumbling on every other word she spoke to the five disturbed guys in front of her. "Uh huh, I see," replied one of the guys, seeming not to be convinced. Michelle noticed the sarcasm in his lame response and tried to back up Janet. "It's true," said Michelle, trying to defend her friend. "See, we've never been in this Theater before, and I really had to go to the bathroom. So we walked around and around and somehow ended up back here and that's when y'all caught us running around looking for the bathroom." "Well, sorry about your failure for your quest to the lost bathroom, but no one's allowed backstage unless they have a pass," said one of the guys. "Failure for our quest to the lost bathroom?! What the hell!? Err - nevermind, I don't wanna know," muttered Michelle. Janet elbowed Michelle to keep quiet. "Ouch! What was that for?!" Janet just gave her a stern look in response. "Well, we're really sorry about all this. We didn't mean to cause any trouble," said Janet. "Yeah, honest. But since you're here and all, would you mind telling us where the bathroom is?" asked Michelle. All of the guys just gave each other strange glances. "Um, sure, I guess. It's down the hall, then take a left," said one of the guys, pointing down the hall. "Oh, OK. Thanks!" Michelle said gratefully as she dashed down the hall, leaving Janet behind with the guys all alone. "That's one strange friend you got there," said one of the guys. "I guess, but she really isn't like this all the time," said Janet, trying to defend her friend. "Uh huh, yeah right," snickered one of the guys. "And just what do you mean by that?!" asked Janet. "Oh, nothing. We're kinda used to psycho fans like her. It happens at almost every concert we have," answered one of the guys. "What?! Michelle is NOT a 'psycho fan', OK? And neither am I! We were just looking for the freaking bathroom for crying out loud!" cried Janet, waving her arms up in the air in grief. "Yeah, OK, whatever. Look, sorry, but I think you've been back here long enough now," said another one of the guys. "Oh yeah, right. OK, well, sorry to have bothered y'all. And thanks for helping us out, I think," said Janet. "Bye," said the guys. "Well, that sure was interesting. I never thought they'd be that rude to people," said Janet to herself as she walked off towards the direction to the bathroom. ****** "That was an awesome concert!" cried Michelle as she and Janet walked off towards the parking lot. "Yeah, I guess," replied Janet. She was still thinking about what had happened backstage earlier. "You don't seem so excited. Is something wrong?" asked Michelle, concerned. "Oh, nothing's wrong. The concert just kinda wore me out," replied Janet, not wanting to tell her the truth. "Oh. Well, perk up Janet! We're going clubbing! I can't pass up this opportunity when we're in Miami!" cried Michelle excitedly. "Oh no we're not! Can't we go tomorrow night?! I'm tired!" whined Janet. "But Janet, I heard about this cool new club that's only about 15 minutes away from here! We won't stay there that long, only for a couple hours!" said Michelle, trying to convince Janet to go. "A couple hours? Ugh, fine, whatever. Let's just get it over with already," groaned Janet as she and Michelle hopped into the car. ****** "Wow, I've never seen such long lines before!" said Michelle as she stared at the long line in front of the club. "Well, it's in Miami. What do you expect?" said Janet. "True, true," said Michelle as she stepped in line to enter the club. "You're really gonna wait in this long ass line?!" asked Janet, surprised. "Sure, why not! I mean, look, it may be a long line, but it's moving awfully fast, so I don't think we'll be waiting that long," said Michelle, pointing at the line in front of her. "Hmm, you're right. Great observation Dr. Crosby," teased Janet. "Funny," said Michelle. ****** "WOO! Let's party!" yelled Michelle as she entered the loud and smoky club. "Calm down child!" cried Janet. "Ugh! I can barely breathe through all this damn smoke!" "Tonight, my mission is to get wasted and party like hell!" announced Michelle as she dashed towards the dance floor. "Oh God! Well, just in case, you better make sure you know where the bathroom is this time!" cried Janet as she ran after Michelle, not looking where she was going. ***BUMP*** "Oops! I'm really sorry!" apologized Janet as she realized what happened. "Oh, no, I'm sorry, it was my fault! I should have looked where I was going!" said the stranger. "No, really, I'm sor-" she cut off when she looked up at who she had bumped into and just stared in shock. |
