From Milano-Italy,5 guys with a lot of experience in noticeable band like TRIBAL BOPS(two 12" and a 7" on Rockhouse) Watchout Blues Band andTENNESEE FOUR.

Also they featured with the texan band HORTON BROTHERS(Steel guitar) and the two californian piano players Mitch Woods and Steve Lucky(Upright Bass).

They have performed since 1995 as HOWLIN'LOU and the STARLITERS, in alot of important european R'n'R meetings:two times at Silvester Shodown in Gunzburg, Jitterbug Records Festivalin Hannover,Rockabilly Meeting in Barcelona(Spain ), Bourges (France) and toured all over the Europe.

They recorded "Dig boy Dig",their first 10 inch for Tail Records in october 1996 .

In the summer of '98, they turn into The STARLITERS,with the original guitar player switched to lead vocals and the joining of Frank on lead guitar.The Starliters has recorded thier first E.P. for Favourite Records "Feelin'like a Star" and the 10 inch "Pickin'up Speed " for Tail Records ;some member of the Band appeared as special guest in Ike and the Capers and Horton Brothers Recordings The Starliters have played at the 3^rd Rockabilly Rave (England) in november 1998 and all over Europe in their first year of activity
