What is a wallpaper for windows?
When you look at your screen you have a background color or image.
When you look at this page you see small gray-blue stones in the background.
When you look at windows you can have a background color or picture...
and here is how to do that...
How do you do it?
1. Find a blank spot on your desktop and click the RIGHT mouse button, a list
will appear, click on Properties as shown below.

2. Next click on the tab that says "background".

3. See the box that has "snap2" highlighted? This is the picture that is
seen in the above monitor.
4. After selecting the picture you would like to use press the "Apply" button.
5. Notice where is says "Display" and the box under it says "center"
6. This is used to determine where to place the picture. If the picture is
smaller than your screen you can select "Center" to display the picture in the center
of the screen. Or you can select the "Tile" option which will place the picture
over the entire screen, however it will be a bunch of little pictures covering the
entire background. (*NOTE...if the picture is big enough to cover the whole screen and you select
tile you will only see one picture.) There is also a "Stretch" option which can
stretch the picture to cover the whole screen, if it is smaller than the screen.
Sometimes this will distort the picture and it won't look very good.
How can I add more wallpaper?
There are several ways to do this.
1. If you find a picture you like on the net you just place your pointer over the
picture and click the RIGHT mouse button.
2. Select "set as wallpaper" and that's it!
or...
3. Take a picture you already have saved and click on "my computer" then click
"C:" then click "Windows" now all you have to do is drag the picture and drop it
here in the windows directory.

Now this picture will be listed when you go to set the background in windows.
