"Kellyn Marie Archer you are not going to believe this!" Lauren burst out. In the past week Lauren has borrowed Kel's CD at least five days out of seven. Kel had allowed this because Lauren was falling head over heels for The Moffatts, and Kel wasn't.
"Lauren, its eight o'clock in the frickin' morning! IT'S SUMMER VACATION!" Kel yelled. They only had one week left and Kel wanted to sleep in as much as possible.
"I know but I just couldn't wait!" Lauren said excitedly.
"What is it?" Kel said and sighed, laying back on her bed.
"Alright, well first something sad; Dave died." Lauren said, dismayed.
"Dave? Moffatt?" Kel asked. She knew that wasn't it, but she didn't know what Lauren was talking about.
"Dave, you know, my new goldfish..." Lauren said.
Kel didn't know anything about Lauren getting a new goldfish. She knew Lauren had about ten already. "New?"
"Come on, Kellyn, work with me here! Yesterday I got a new goldfish!" Lauren was talking so quickly that Kel could barely understand her.
"Oh, of course. Yeah. Oh, I'm sorry." Kel had no idea, but went with it.
"Okay, so I have to ask you something!" Every word Lauren said was excited and rushed. She didn't wait for Kel to say anything. "Do you want to go with me to the Moffatts concert next week?!"
Kel was amazed. How had she gotten tickets and how did she find out about a show near there. "How'd you..."
"I looked on the internet and they're having a show here in Billerica in one week from today! I called ticketmaster and got tickets! It's almost sold out! Oh yeah, and they're opening for 98°." Lauren added, less enthusiastically.
Kel piped up. "Of course I'll go. 98°? Wow, Laur. Dont' forget to add that little tidbit of info!" Kel giggled. 98° used to be her favorite singing group besides Blink182 and Silverchair.
"Yeah whatever. Okay cool! I got your ticket and everything! Oh, and do you mind if I keep your CD until then?" Lauren stated more than said.
"I guess." Kel said. "I have to go sleep now, Lauren. I'll talk to you later." Kel said. They said goodbye and hung up.
Kel layed back. "Wow. I'm going to see Scott in person!" She thought and smiled to herself. She rolled over and went back to sleep after thinking about Scott for fifteen minutes.
