My friends can appreciate my taste in music. And I love to tell them all about new artists I heard of, or bringing my new albums over to their places, getting them to listen to the new sounds that currently are spicing up my life. Getting my friends to listen to the music is really a necessity , since they have never heard before of nearly every artist I mention. The problem is not that they aren't interested in searching for new tunes, neither is it a lack of interest in (alternative) radio stations, music festivals or any other source for discovering artists. The problem is simply me.

I tend to go one step further in searching for new tunes, which results in finding virtually unknown bands. Unknown in Holland - my home country - anyway. I simply enjoy listening to those acts no-one else around me listens to, listening to songs that are not yet spoiled due to excessive airplay. Besides that, some of the lyrics of the songs I find are in the artist's native language, which enables me to practise my other hobby, foreign languages.

Anyhow, I created this homepage to share some info on everything I collected thus far with other music lovers. Just take a look around, the site navigation requires no explanation I think. Have fun! Jochem
