When Things Get Tough ~Chapter 1~ "So what's going to happen now?  Are we splitting up for good, staying together, going our separate ways for awhile?  What?  We haven't talked about this to much."  Nick said to Brian, Howie, A.J., and Kevin.  They were all over at Nick's house.  They had a tough decision to make. "I don't know." Said Kevin.  "I don't want to split up, but we are all just going into separate ways." "Yeah, but it doesn't mean that we have to split up for good.  Just do what we wont for awhile then get back together.  That is if people will still be into our music."A.J. said.  The guys have been stressing over this for a long time but just never had a chance to talk about it because they were so busy.  But now their North American tour was over so now they had a chance. "We worked so hard to get here though.  It would just be throwing it all away.  I just don't think it would be such a good idea."  Brian said.  "Yeah I agree with Rok.  If we do go our separate ways for awhile, who says that we would even be excepted again?"  Howie said.  Brian and Howie were the only two that really didn't want to break up.  Well none of them really did.  They were just looking at the different possibilities.  But Brian and Howie stuck to one thing.  And that was to stick together until they were totally finished and weren't popular anymore.  Then they would just go off and try to go do what they wanted. "Yeah I understand what you're saying.  We aren't getting anywhere.  I don't think we ever will.  Why don't we just take 3 months off and see where we are from there?  Then maybe it will be a little bit easier to decide.  And maybe to just be in the seen a little bit so people don't think that we split up we can do appearances on MTV and stuff like that."  Kevin said.  He had a good idea.  And that's what everyone decided to do.  They would go do what ever they wanted for 3 months with a few TV appearances and see what they wanted to do from there.  In case you might confused as to why they are thinking about splitting up, I'll tell you why.  All of the guys have been offered solo careers, rolls in movies, and many more different things.  There was just so much more that these guys could do.  Most of the time they would turn them down because they wanted to stay in the group.  But then it just started getting real tempting.  And it took them awhile to finally say no for the same reason.  Then they just started not getting along to well.  Getting into more arguments, you know just things that happen when you spend just too much time with a person.  It's amazing that they just totally didn't split up.   ~Chapter 2~ ~*~Brian~*~ Well Brian could be the only one that has really changed.  He kind of went insane actually. How?  You may ask.  Could Brian go anymore insane than he already is?  Observe. "I am God!"  Brian said as he and Nick walked out of a local bar.  "I created many things.  Like.....like.....I'll have to get back to you on that one." "Ok Brian it's time for you to get home."  Nick said directing him down the road.  Ok ok well maybe he didn't go insane but the first three words that he said sure sounded like it didn't it?  Well obviously Brian was drunk.  He's been doing that a lot lately.  He's been doing the most odd things.  Just anything to get attention in public.  From just singing in crowds to just plain being loud and obnoxious.  How could this make him change so much?  Too much freedom maybe?  This is too scary. "You are such a good buddy Brad.  How could I ever get along without you?"  Brian said stumbling down the road. "Um Brian my name is Nick...You don't even know a Brad." "You're so funny Brad.  Where are we going?  Disney World?  That Minnie Mouse is hot." "Brian...Go home" "I don't want to go home Brad.  I want to go to Disney World." "Disney World burnt down...Let's go home." "Oh well ok then."  They walked the rest of the way to Brian's house in silence.  Well actually Brian stumbled around and tripped over his feet.  When they got inside his house Nick got Brian a glass of water and some aspirin so he wouldn't have to watch Brian throw up a lot.  That always seemed to prevent that from happening.  All of a sudden Brian just burst out laughing. "Brian what is up with you?  What's so funny?" "I don't know!  Well I was just thinking of the word cactus...I just think that is the funniest word!  Cactus.....cactus.....cactus..." "Brian I think you should go to bed."  Nick said while Brian kept saying this so called "funny word" over and over again.  After 10 minutes Brian  finally fell asleep and Nick walked out the door.  ~Why do I even put up with him anymore?  We aren't supposed to have anything to do with each other right now.~  He got into his car and drove home.   ~Chapter 3~ ~*~Kevin~*~ Well everything has kind of gone down hill for Kevin.  He thought that he would be doing movies modaling anything to be in the spot light.  Well he's in the spot light all right.  But not exactly in the way that he wanted to be.  He returned to Disney World and is now doing parades and shows.  So much for his acting career.  People still stop him and ask him for his autograph while other people stop and stare and some point and laugh.  You would think that Kevin is embarrassed by doing this and hates it.  Wrong!  He actually enjoys it!  Observe. "Kevin I can not believe you would stoop this low and work here again!  It's like back where you started!"  Clarissa Kevin's girlfriend said to him after he was done doing a parade.  he was dressed as Aladin.  (Big surprise huh?) "Clarissa I like doing this really.  At least I'm not getting drunk like Brian every night.  I think this is doing us some good.  Kind of showing us all what it's like not being a group." "Yeah and none of you are doing all that well."  She said under her breath. "What was that?"  He asked. "Oh nothing.  Hey I have to get going so I'll see you later."  She gave him a kiss on the cheek and left. ~What's wrong with this job?  I think it's fun.  I like these clothes too.  I would wear these all the time if I could.  But Clarissa makes me take them off.  Why?  I don't know.~  He thought. Ok is Kevin totally out of it?  I mean who would really want to go back there?  There must be something wrong here. ~Chapter 4~ ~*~AJ~*~ All A.J. has been doing is going to night clubs and sometimes getting drunk with Brian.  How come all of there lives are going down the drain anyway?  Doesn't really make sense now does it?  All A.J. does is party party party.  His girlfriend Amy doesn't like the way that he changed.  He's not as poetic or romantic.  He's a crazy fool.  That?s about all I can say to describe him.  When he gets drunk he's a lot worse than Brian is.  He talks about things that don't exist.  I don't want to get into that one.  It's just too scary. "A.J. what's up with you anyway?"  Amy asked. "What do you mean?"  "You never spend time with me all you do is go out and party and on special occasions get drunk with Brain." "I spend time with you.  What am I doing right now?" "A.J. me watching you throw up is not spending time with each other." "Close enough." "You really need to do something with your life.  Why did you guys break up anyway?  None of you realize that this was a huge mistake.  You all need each other.  Not just for fame but to stay alive!" "What do you mean by that?"  he asked confused. "Well let's see.  Brian gets drunk every night.  All Nick does is make sure that Brian doesn't get killed trying to get home.  Kevin went back to Disney World and the really sad part about that is that he is starting to actually think he's Aladin cause he is in that costume all hours of the day.  Howie........I haven't seen him at all.  Did he get lost or something?  And then you.  All you do is like I said get drunk with Brian and go out partying.....with out me." "No that's not true.  We are all doing just fine.  You must be getting you facts messed up."  he said.  "And what's wrong with me partying all the time anyway?  Can't I have fun?'" "A.J. when you change you ways give me a call.  Good Bye." "Amy!  Don't go!  Come on!  Please don't go!"  he pleaded.  It was too late she was already gone.
