“Did you hear something?” Ed, one of the guards asked.
“No just keep walking. That old bat is always thinking someone’s trying to get in.” James, another guard answered.
Once they were out of sight, AJ peeked out into the hall to see if the coast was clear.
“Come on.” He whispered. The other three followed behind him, slowly making their way down the hall. Snow White went back up in front of all of them to make sure they all went the right way.
“It’s in that room.” She whispered.
“What are you doing here Snow?” Ed asked with a smile. “It sure is nice to see you.”
“Shut up you idiot she’s supposed to be dead!” Henry, the last of the three guards said, hitting Ed upside his head.
“Oh I forgot.”
The four of them tried running the other way but James was blocking the way.
“You are coming with us.” James said pointing his sward forward. They all turned around and the guards took them in the room with the Queen.
“Why if it isn’t Snow White.” The Queen said as soon as they were in the door. “You were lucky the first two times but you won’t be this time. Now….What was that?”
There was another sound in the hallway. It sounded like a sneeze.
“Go check and see what that is.” She demanded and then turned back to Snow White. “Well look you have friends with you. Such a shame, they will have to die too.”
“You’re…” AJ started to say.
“Silence!” She yelled. “There will not be a word from any of you!”
“We found more your highness.” Henry said as he forced, Nick, Brian, Howie, and the girls into the room.
“Who are these people?” She asked.
“They are with me.” AJ answered. “Don’t harm them.”
The evil stepmother let out a laugh. “Don’t harm them.” She mocked. “I don’t take orders!” She turned toward the guards who were by the door. “Kill them.”
James and Henry charged toward the group while Ed stood still.
“Ed did you hear me? I said kill them!” The queen demanded again.
“No.” he said sternly.
Both James and Henry stopped and looked back at Ed.
“I don’t want to hurt Snow. And I don’t want to hurt her friends.”
~Chapter 10~
“You fool! James, Henry, the same goes for Ed. I want them all gone!”
James looked at Ed, and then at Henry. The three guards charged at the Queen and took her screaming down the hall and soon they didn’t hear anything out of her.
“We must work fast. We don’t know if they’re going to come back for us or not.” Snow White said. She searched around the room and finally found the right mirror.
“It is this one.” She said. “All you have to do is touch it and it will show your home.”
Brian stepped up to the mirror and put his hand up to it. It looked like he was touching water because it got all wavy. Once it settled down, it showed his bedroom and his girlfriend Chelsea looking for him. She looked so worried.
“It’s Chelsea.” Said Brian.
“This is your chance. You havve got to go now.” Said Snow.
“What do we do?” AJ asked.
“Walk into it.” She answered.
Brian didn’t hesitate and walked right into the mirror. They could see him on the other side. He practically made Chelsea jump out of her skin. Nick started laughing.
Nick was next.
“Be sure to tell Brian it was nice meeting him.” Cinderella said to Nick.
“I will.” He turned to Red. “You’re a cute little kid. Thanks for everything.” Red gave him a hug, and he too walked into the mirror and scared the living daylights out of Chelsea. Howie was next and said his good-byes and walked through the mirror. Then there was Kevin and AJ who were left.
“I’m not going to leave without you.” Kevin said to Snow. “Come with me.”
Snow looked at him for a moment and turned to Cinderella.
“Once AJ has gone through the mirror all you have to do is touch the very top of the frame and it will go back. You’re from the same world and it’s not a porthole for here.”
Cinderella nodded her head and Kevin walked through the mirror with Snow close behind him.
“Same goes for you.” AJ said to Aurora. “I’m not leaving without you either.”
She smiled. “You like me that much?”
“Oh yeah.” He leaned over and kissed her lightly and pulled back.
She took a deep breath and smiled. “After that I cannot say no.”
They both walked through the mirror and it was just Cinderella and Red. Cinderella did as she was told and closed out the porthole.
“And that is that.” Cinderella sighed. “Come on I will take you home. I don’t think those guards are a threat any longer.

“That is one experience I wouldn’t want to have again.” Nick said as the whole group walked down the stairs.
“I don’t know I’m glad it happened.” AJ said looking back at Aurora who was behind him.
“Yeah me too.” Kevin said.
And so the guys were back home safe and sound, two of them with a princess, and of course, they all lived happily ever after. The end.
