~Prologue~

Olivia Whitman and Jamie Newman were finally out on their own.  No parents to tell them what to do.  They were free.  To do what ever they wanted when ever they wanted.  That's the way they wanted it to be.  Well it was mostly the way Olivia wanted it to be.  She was only 20 and had never lived on her own.  She went to college for two years and stayed at home because that was the agreement that she had with her parents.  On the other hand, Jamie, who was 24, lived on her own and had the freedom that Olivia wanted so badly.  The only change for her is that she is going to be so far away from her family.  Now she was truly on her own with no parents to help her out.  The two girls grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, in a small neighborhood, and went to a small school.  They were sick of that town.  And that state.  The winters were too cold and they wanted to go somewhere warmer.  Florida was where they wanted to be.  After a few months of thinking this over, they flew down and found a nice townhouse on the outskirts of Orlando.  They decided that they would drive down to Florida in Olivia's yellow S10 Chevy truck a few days before their families flew down.  There families were going down to see what the girls have gotten themselves into and to help them unpack.

~Chapter 1~

"Where are we?"  Jamie asked rubbing her eyes.  She had been sleeping for the past 4 hours now.  It was ok Olivia had the two dogs to keep her company.  A pug named Xena, who was hers, and a Chihuahua named Spunky, who was Jamie's.  They were going away presents for the girls.
"We're almost in Georgia"  Olivia answered.
"Will this car ride ever be over?"
"Hey you aren't the one that's been driving for the past I don't even know how many hours.  Quit you're complaining or I'll stick you in the back."  she said pointing out the back window at the bed of the truck.  Of course she was joking.
"I'm hungry."
Olivia groaned, then smiled.  "I thought you wanted to get there."
"I do but I'm hungry."
"All right let's find a McDonalds then."
They drove about 10 miles and finally found a town that had a McDonalds.  Olivia pulled into a parking space and shut off the engine.
"Finally I get to stretch.  I've been driving for way too long."  she said.
"I can drive if you want me to."  Jamie suggested.
"I let no one drive my truck unless I'm unconscious and bleeding from the head."  Olivia was so over protective of her truck.  She was a car maniac.  Well only with hers.  She loved to get under the hood and fix things if it needed to be fixed.
They got out, locked the doors, and started walking towards the building..
"It feels so nice to walk."  said Olivia.
"I know what you mean."  Jamie agreed
They walked in the doors and ordered their food and sat down to eat.
"Ok so we're still in Tennessee correct?"  Jamie asked.
"Yeah.  We're about 20 miles from the border."
They sat there and ate the rest of their food in silence since they had nothing else to talk about.  When they were done they walked back out to the truck and got in. They stopped to get some gas and they were back on the road.

~Chapter 2~

"Oh my god look at this traffic jam."  Olivia groaned.
"Why don't we take a back road?"  Jamie suggested while looking at a map.  "According to the map if you take this exit up here and hang a left you could get through this in no time.  And it ends up back on the same interstate."
"Are you sure you know what you're talking about?"
"Yeah.  Why don't you ever trust me?"
"Trust you?  Why should I trust you after you got us lost while we were trying to get to Six Flags Ms. let's take a back road."  Olivia said.
"I know what I'm doing.  Besides I didn't have a map that time and I swore I knew where I was going."
"Yeah after we stopped and asked for directions.  It took us 3 hours instead of 1.  If I go with you on this idea we'll be there by next week.  If we're lucky."
"Oh just shut up and drive."  she smiled.
Olivia decided to go with Jamie's idea and do the back road.  She would remember to kick herself if they got lost later.  Better yet kick Jamie for the stupid idea.  The traffic was so slow it took them 10 minutes to do a half of a mile.  Finally they got to the exit.  They were doing so much better than they would have back on the freeway.
Jamie was playing DJ trying to find a descent radio station that didn't play country.  She wasn't having much luck.
Meanwhile Olivia was paying attention to where she was going.  Even though you could drive through that place blindfolded.  Believe it or not they were pretty much in the middle of nowhere. ~I can't believe this.  We are going to get lost.~  she thought.
"Oh yay Backstreet Boys."  said Jamie.  It was Quit Playin Games.
"Wow you never hear this song on the radio anymore."  said Olivia.
Then they heard a loud pop.  And Olivia got a half freaked out and half pissed off look on her face.
"Shit."  she groaned  "We have a flat tire."

~Chapter 3~

Well the two girls were not having any good luck what so ever.  The spare tire was also flat which really made Olivia mad because she swore that the spare was good.  They didn't have cell phones on them because there's were cut off since they were going to be in Florida.  And they weren't smart enough to keep one going in case something like this happened.
"Oh let's take a back road we'll get their faster."  Olivia said mimicking Jamie.  "Well look!  I don't think we're going to get there faster!  It would have been better if we stayed on the freeway but noooooooo I had to listen to you."
"I'm sorry all right!  Someone is bound to come through this road."
"Look around Jamie.  Does it look like someone will actually come through here?!"
"Well we could get lucky."
"Well we've haven't been lucky so far."
----------
*Half hour later*

"I'm thinking of a number 1 through 10.  What is it?"  Olivia asked while sitting in the middle of the road.  You could practically see a car coming a mile away so she really wasn't in any danger.
"2." said Jamie who was sitting in the bed of the truck.
"No."
"7."
"No."
"8."
"Good job."  They had been playing stupid games like that for the past half hour.  It wasn't very entertaining.  But it was something to do.  Olivia laid down in the road.  She found it fun just to be laying there.
----------
"I....am....going.....to scream....if....I....don't....get off....this bus....right....now."  AJ said very slowly to Howie.  They were sitting up at the front of the bus in the kitchen area pretty much just staring out the window.  The guys had been together for way too long.  Finally they were on their way home for a 3 week vacation.  AJ who was mainly staring out the wind shield noticed a car on the side of the road way up ahead.
"Those look like girls."  said AJ
"Everything looks like girls to you Bone."  Howie smirked.
"No really it looks like a girl sitting on her car and something is in the road....."
"Yeah what is that?"
"It looks like another person."
----------
"Olivia......Liv......hey!  Bus!  Get out of the road!"  Jamie yelled.  Olivia jumped up and got to the side of the road.
"Yay!  People!!!!"  she said.
----------
"Hey look they are girls....yay girls....stop!  They may need help!"  AJ said to the driver.  The driver didn't hear they just kept on going and soon passed up the two girls.

~Chapter 4~

"No!"  Olivia yelled.
"Come back!!" Jamie yelled.
The bus then stopped and backed up and stopped right in front of them.
"Oh thank god."  Olivia sighed.
Then the doors opened and out came two guys, and soon after three more came.  The girls were so happy someone came along.
"Can you guys help us?  We have a flat tire."  Jamie said.
"Don't you know how to fix it?"  the blond asked.
"Hey I..."  Olivia started to say, but Jamie cut her off by putting her hand over Olivia's mouth.
"Don't get her started.  Let's just say she knows, but the spare is flat too."  said Jamie.
"Well we can go look for a gas station."  The tall guy with the deep voice said.
Olivia wasn't really paying attention to what they were all saying anymore.  Her and the guy with a cowboy hat on were pretty much just staring at each other.
"Oh thank you so much.  I'll go with you."  said Jamie.  She elbowed Olivia.
"Oh..yeah I'll stay here."  she said.
"I'll stay with you."  said the cowboy hat guy.
"Yeah me too I need the fresh air."  said another guy.  "Well if it's ok with you Bone."  he said
"Yeah fine."  he said without taking his eyes off Olivia.
"Oh yeah I'm Jamie and this is my friend Olivia.  You guys would be..."
They were surprised that they had to introduce themselves, but found it cool that they didn't know who they were.
"I'm Kevin."  said the guy with the deep voice. "And this is AJ, Brian, Howie, and Nick."
"All right since we all know each other let's get going."  Jamie said
