Trapped
~Chapter 1~
"Nick you are so immature!" I screamed running off the tour bus
"Oh Corin don't be such a baby!" Nick said in a fit of laughter. AJ and Kevin were looking at us with strange faces.
"AJ he put a lizard that he caught in my hair!"
They started laughing. I wasn't all that mad. It just scared me.
Nick and I don't get along very well. Even though we are 20 he acts like he's 5. We can be nice to each other at times but at other times we are at each other throats We always pull pranks on each other or we gang up on the guys and do something to them. We can make a good team.
Right now the guys and I are on tour in the US. Yes I am on tour as well. I'm the Backstreet Boys opening act. I would also like to add that I'm dating AJ. It's nice that we can be together.
"I need sleep so bad." I said changing the subject. "I'm glad that this is our last concert for a week."
"Yeah I know." Nick agreed.. "Where are we again?"
"Milwaukee Wisconsin. Not too far from my home town." I answered. "Where is everyone anyway?"
"Right there." Kevin said pointing at everyone stepping off the bus.
"Home!" Abby said as she and Crystal walked up to us.
"It's so nice to be here." Crystal added.
Abby and Crystal are from my home town as well. We go way back. They were tagging along for the last half of the tour. They weren't along because of me. There were there because of Kevin and Howie. I'd like to think that I'm part of the reason.
"Ok all we have to do is a sound check then we get to go back to the hotel until tonight." Kevin said.
We all walked into the Bradley Center and went up on stage.
I loved being on stage. The crowd seemed to like my music so it was really cool.
I picked up a microphone and started singing. The guys did the same and sang along.
"Hey guys you're performance on let's have a party was a bit shaky last night." Fatima our choreographer said as she walked up on stage. "Do you mind if we work on that for a little bit?"
"Yeah sure." they said.
Fatima and I went and sat down in the front row to watch them dance. The band was there at the time so they played while the guys danced. They worked on it for about 15 minutes and then they had it down.
"Ok." said Howie. "Let's go to the hotel."
~Chapter 2~
"Oh great." I said as the bus pulled into the parking lot. "Has there ever been a time where no one knew where we were staying?"
"No I don't think so." Brian answered.
Then Steve one of our body guards stepped onto the bus and said, "Ok guys stick close to us and you'll be fine."
"Yeah we know you tell us everyday." Nick said.
"Well just a reminder." he said.
Steve was a big man. He is about 6"6' and maybe somewhere around 250 pounds.
I got up first and headed for the door and the others came along after me. I got through without much trouble. People don't know me very well yet. But the guys had a lot of trouble. I stood in the hotel watching the poor struggling guys walk though the big crowd of screaming girls. Howie was the first one of them to get in. He took a deep breath and sighed and watched the other four work there way in with me. Kevin AJ and Nick got in just fine. But someone got a good hold of Brian and pulled him to the ground. 3 more body guards pushed through the girls trying to get to him. They picked girls off the poor man and lifted him back up to his feet. They all pushed through the girls and finally got inside.
"Wow are you ok?" I asked.
"Yeah I'm all right" he answered. "My clothes aren't though." He was right about that. His shirt was almost ripped in half, and he had no shoes on anymore.
We all put our things in our rooms and met down by the pool. A group of girls came in and almost died when they saw the guys. They got their autographs and even mine which was very surprised they even wanted it. One of the girls was already at a concert and she said that she really liked my singing. I was very flattered
"Corin is going to make it big." AJ said.
"I sure hope so." I said.
AJ and I had our fill of swimming so we went back to our room.

*4:00 PM*
"So what do we do now? We've got about an hour before we leave." I asked lying on my bed. AJ sat down next to me.
"We never get to be alone so why don't we just sit here?" he suggested.
"Fine with me."

*At the pool*
Crystal, Abby, Kevin, Brian, Nick, and Howie were playing basketball in the pool. There was this little net with a basketball that they found so they though they would play.
Brian, Nick, and Abby were on one team and Kevin, Howie, and Crystal were on the other.
They were screaming and dunking each other underwater just to get to the net. You would think that you would be able to hear them down the street they were so loud.
By the end of the game Crystal, Kevin, and Howie won 10 to 0.
"You guys suck." Crystal said jokingly.
"Yeah well you cheated!" Nick said back.
"We should get going you guys." said Kevin. "We have to leave soon."

*45 minutes later*
AJ and I ended up falling asleep. I woke up to the sound of someone knocking on the door.
"Corin it's for you." groaned AJ pretty much telling me to get it so he didn't have to.
"Thanks." I got up and opened the door to see Brian standing there.
"Are you guys ready?" he asked.
"Yeah pretty much." I answered.
"Kevin, Howie, Crystal, and Abby already left for some reason."
"Probably because we are always late."
"Yeah well come one we have to go."
"We'll be out in a minute."
I closed the door and went into the bathroom to fix my hair.
"AJ come on we have to go." I said while playing around with my hair.
When I was done I walked out of the bathroom to see that he was still sleeping.
"AJ come on get up!" He groaned and pulled a pillow out from under him and put it over his head. I got up on the bed and started jumping on it.
"all right I'm up!" he said getting out the bed. "Ok you can stop jumping on the bed now."
"Why? It's so much fun though."
He pulled me off the bed and kissed me. Then he got ready and finally we walked out the door.
Nick and Brian were waiting by the elevators.
"Well it's about time." Nick said.
"Sorry AJ wouldn't get up." I said.
We got into the elevator along with two other girls. Then the elevator stopped. We were trapped.
~Chapter 3~
"Oh my god, oh my god we're stuck." I panicked
"We'll be out in no time." AJ assured
He picked up the emergency phone.
"Hi the elevator is stuck can you send some help please?.........no you can't do that.......what?.....well try again!" AJ slammed the phone back into place and sat down?
"Ok why are you sitting down? You said we are going to be out soon. If we are going to be out soon then there is no need to sit down." I said speaking really fast.
AJ sighed. "We aren't getting out until tomorrow morning." he said, "So sit down and make yourself comfortable."
"How can I make myself comfortable when I am going to die in here!?" I asked.
"Are we a little claustrophobic?" Nick teased.
"Nick shut up!" I yelled.
"Hey calm down." AJ said gently pulling me down to sit next to him.
Brian and Nick also sat down. That's when I remembered the two girls. One of the girls was grinning from ear to ear. The other just looked plane annoyed.
"Hi," I said to the younger girl. She looked like she was at least 13.
"Hi!" she said. "You know I was sad at first because I thought I was going to miss the Backstreet Boys concert until I noticed who you guys were!"
"Oh my god the concert!" I exclaimed. "I don't want to miss a concert."
"Oh you're Corin Johnson right?" asked the girl.
"Yeah how did you know?" I asked.
"I've heard about you before. My friends love your music. And your song is played on the radio all the time. I'm Kaitlyn by the way. And this is my sister Amber."
"Wow I didn't think anyone would really know me yet."
"I know you." Nick said.
"You know what I mean."
"Well make yourselves comfortable." Brian said. "We're going to be in here for a long time."
~Chapter 4~
"Where are they?" Howie asked pacing back and forth. "Corin is supposed to be on stage in 4 minutes. Is she here? No!"
"Howie will you please stop pacing? You're making me dizzy." Abby said.
"Sorry."
"You don't think something happened to them do you?" asked Kevin getting really worried.
"No. I'm sure they are ok. Maybe they got stuck somewhere." Crystal said.
"See I told you we shouldn't have left without them." Howie said pacing again.
"Howie stop it!" Abby yelled.
"I'm sorry I just wish I knew where they are."

We all sat there for awhile not talking about much. Just small talk.
I started gently beating the back of my head against the wall.
"Will you stop that? You're going to kill the last few brain cells you have." Nick teased.
"I can't believe we are going to miss the concert." I said sadly, ignoring Nick's stupid comment.
"Well I'm sure we'll have to do it tomorrow or something." said Brian.
"Great there goes one day off vacation." I said.
"As much as I love being on stage, I just need some time off. Some time to sleep and to see my family."
"That must be hard not seeing your family very much." Kaitlyn said.
"Yeah it is but this is what I love to do."
"You're quiet." AJ said looking at Amber."
"I have nothing to say." she answered. She was in a really bad mood for some reason. I didn't know her or anything but she just seemed to be mad.
"Oh don't mind her." Kaitlyn said. "She's just mad that she couldn't see her friends tonight."
"Well I would have been able to if Mom wouldn't have made me take you to that stupid Backstreet Boys concert. Now we're stuck in here."

"What are we going to do?" Howie asked Kevin peaking out at the crowd of 10,000 screaming fans.
"Well I guess we're going to have to cancel if the guys don't get here soon." he answered.
"Where do you think they could be?" Abby asked.
"Something has to be wrong if they aren't here." Crystal said.
"don't think like that." Howie said.
"Oh come on Howie. Non of them would miss a concert unless it was life threatening Corin would never, ever, miss a concert. Something has to be wrong."
"I sure hope they're ok." said Abby suddenly getting even more worried than Howie.

"Well aren't we miss sunshine today." AJ said to Amber.
"Just because you're famous doesn't mean that I have to worship the ground you walk on." Amber shot back.
"We don't want you to worship the ground we walk on." Nick said.
"Yeah all we want is respect like everyone else." Brian added.
Amber rolled her eyes and put her head phones on.
"Sorry about that." Kaitlyn apologized. "She's never nice to anyone."
"I have to go to the bathroom." Nick said.
"You should have thought about that before we left." said Brian with a grin. Nick shot him and evil look.
"Well you're just going to have to hold it in." I said.
"That's not going to be as easy as you think." said Nick.
"Well you aren't going in here."
"I know that. I'm not as stupid as you think."
I rested my head on AJ's shoulder and he put his arm around me. I would have shot a rude comment back to Nick but I didn't think it was necessary
"Anyone have a watch?" I asked.
"Yeah." Brian answered looking at his watch. "It's 8:30."
"I wonder what Kevin and Howie are doing." AJ said.
~Chapter 5~
"Ok I'm going to go out there myself and tell them that we're canceling the shoe." Kevin said as he got off the phone with their manager. "If I don't come back in 5 minutes send help." he said trying to crack a joke.
"Want me to go out there with you?" Howie asked.
"Yeah." Kevin answered.
"There are going to be some pretty unhappy girls out there." Crystal said. "Good luck."
Kevin and Howie peaked out at the crowed.
"Here goes nothin." Kevin sighed and they both stepped out on stage.

"I am never going to step into an elevator for as long as I live." AJ said.
"Me either." I agreed.
"Well I'm never getting into another elevator without going to the bathroom first." Nick said crossing his legs. Everyone rolled their eyes.
"So Kaitlyn where are you guys from?" I asked.
"Cleveland Ohio." she answered.
"Did you come all this way to see us?" Brian asked.
"We sure did. The concert back home was sold out."
Nick groaned
"What." I said.
"It's only 8:45." he answered. "I thought it would be later than that."
"We are never going to get out of here." Kaitlyn sighed.
----------
The crowed screamed as Kevin and Howie walked out on stage. Kevin took one of the microphones that was already set up on stage.
"Hey everyone!" he said. The crowed screamed louder. He waited for everyone to stop screaming. They didn't though.
"Hey can you quiet down for a minute? Howie and I have an announcement to make." The arena went silent in a matter of minutes.
"I'm afraid we have some bad news." Howie began.
"We feel terrible for having to do this but," Kevin continued. "Due to personal matters we have to cancel the show." Everyone started screaming out with disappointment
"We are very sorry an we will reschedule the concert." Howie said.
The two guys didn't want to tell everyone that AJ, Nick, and Brian were missing. That would be a big mistake.
"So what now?" asked Abby.
"Well I guess we should go back to the hotel. Who knows maybe they're all there. If they are, they better have a good explanation for not showing." said Kevin.
