U2's second show in the Big Apple feature's the first time for Rain on this tour. Rather unusually between Mysterious ways and One. This is also the first time that Staring at the sun is performed acoustic on the B stage, never to be played electrically by the whole group. This marked the rebirth of U2's unplugged middle section, like in the days of Zoo TV. Like Zoo TV it grew bigger and bigger and was to be the only place for show to show variation in the setlist.
