Sound Quality:
Very good earpiece recording. Not yet fully listened too!

Comments:
This is the first earpiece recording that I've heared and it sounds very weird. For those of you who have never heared such a beast before, 3 things are noticeable. Firstly, since this is taken from Bono's earpiece PA system, his voice is a bit more prominently then the rest of the band. Secondly his voice sounds a bit different then usual. I first thought somebody else was speaking. Almost like when our own voices sound different when recorded. Thirdly, U2's use of a beatbox to start everybody on the same tempo. I've never noticed that Pride and I still haven't found use the same tempo, but the beatbox tempo is the same for both songs. There is no beatbox for vocal parts like stand by me or the intro for If you wear that velvet dress, but there is one for the all acoustic Staring at the sun. Great stuff!
