Comments:
The first thing I noticed about the recording was Adam Clayton's basslines. He seems to be really into this performance. He's playing all sorts of funky extra's in addition to his normal basslines, especially during songs as An cat dubh and Surrender. I recently saw the Under a bloodred sky video again and I noticed how much he's changed and I don't mean the glasses. Up to this video he's walking around, jumping up and down and doing this and that and seems to be having a good time. By the time of the Joshua Tree tour and Zoo TV in particular he's become the duke of Cool, international man of mystery who lays down his basslines as the solid foundations that they are. After hearing this recording I kinda just miss the old Adam a bit.
