August 27 1993. Dublin Ireland, RDS stadium.
Sound Quality:
Fair audience. There is a degradation in sound after Where the streets.
Also hefty amounts of pitchshifting was required
Comments:
Interesting show, since the 2nd night has become such a famous boot.
In my opinion a more interseting set was played with I will follow played
semi-acoustically and Larry Mullen great rendition of an Irish folk song.
What a great singing voice! McPhisto makes a phonecall home, only to get a
answering machine.
Since this show was mastered from a tape there are some gaps in the show.
There's an abrupt end to One, mising the final seconds, a two small cuts in
Stay and there's an abrupt start to Pride, taken from the second tape. Can't
help falling in love was not included on the boot. Either the battery's ran
out or it didn't fit on the tape.
