Watering the city can dramatically increase the land value. There are several
ways to water the city but there are 2 ways that are very efficient.
Method One (The Best)
Method one involves building a long hill
like the one in the picture. With this method you can both use the very efficient
Hydro-Power and also water the city. Even though the water is covered by the
Hydro-Power tile it still has water. You must leave the one side free of a
Hydro-Power plant so you can supply the pipes. With this method you don't
need a De-Salination plant since the water is fresh water.
Method Two (Very Good)
Method two involves making your own stream
in the pattern shown in the picture. This method yields much more water than
the first method but you must supply your own power to make it work. You don't
need a De-Salination plant with this method since the stream is fresh water.
This method is much easier to expand than method one.
Method Three (Not Recommended)
Method three involves lining the coast with
pumps and putting water towers up. The major problem with this method is that
it not only takes away valuable water-front property but it doesn't yield as
much water as the other methods. Also the pumped water might be salt water
leading to the building of a De-Salination plant. This method is for use only
if you need the space fo development.
